Smashburger, Tucson AZ

Many prepaid items were wrong or completely unavailable, staff were unable to assist in returning funds. Since I cannot make it by the store when management is around, I take the loss.

I don't ever write reviews but this was really nice. They added a side of extra tater tots they had to my meal for free. It just so happens I'd been traveling all day without much opportunity to eat so this was the first meal of the day in a town I'd never been to before. Thank you for the very kind welcome! What a lovely spot

There was a notice on the door, that was not on the website. Woman who helped us was very abrupt, maybe just a lesson in professionalism. Otherwise the food was delicious.

One of my favorite fast food burgers. Really good shoe string fries. Extremely friendly staff every time I've been to this establishment.

Took the family there and while the service and atmosphere were good, the food was not. I had the brisket burger and the brisket was the least tender and flavorless brisket I have ever had. I had trouble chewing that and it mostly pulled off the burger on its own. The burger without it was okay, but it couldn't be eaten all together and even eating the brisket separately was hard since it was so chewy. We also had a mushroom and Swiss burger which did not taste good. I would not recommend going here. Save your money and find a better burger.

There were a group of high maintenance women being extremely difficult. They made an employ just miserable. The manager, Justin, did a great job keeping his composure dealing with the clients and his own employee.

Worst service ever! Cashier won’t take my $100 bill for $39+ order.even though there is no noticed saying anything about not accepting higher bills. I’m not going back to that smash burger again ever.

My girlfriend and I went into this establishment just to have a quick lunch to be informed by the cook that they are not taking any orders due to a catering, which she informed to the register host to not take any orders and if she did it would be another 20 minutes.poor service I didn't get the cooks name but she was very rude to her associates and customers.

They should rename their restaurant “This is smashin” burger. Clean, service-ready, fully stocked, quick, reasonable prices for their portions, and friendly staff. Carl was great and attentive. We ordered the regular single smash burger and the Carolina burnt ends burger with a couple of shakes. They were absolutely delicious! They also have dairy free shakes which is so awesome for my lactose intolerant boyfriend.

Smells very strange in here. Not sure why but it's enough for someone to lose their appetite. Customer service is lacking as well. There were no customers inside when I was here—I wonder why. No music playing either. Just silence.

The door says 1030 am open they open at 10. No combos have to buy everything separately three of us ate cost 60 bucks employee was sitting around on personal tablet in booth. Very expensive. First and last time eating here and I haven't even ate my food yet as I write this.

First and foremost, if you can't get the order right, that's a fail. And, in a word it is, mushy. Pretty much everything has the consistency of.mush. Even the strawberry shake was surprisingly bland and thin. And beware, the website clearly states "curbside pick up" at this location. Nope. That's another strike against them. It's pretty simple to fix. They just choose not to. I don't want to come across as just bashing this establishment. But I can't in good faith and in all honesty recommend it. Bleah.

Extremely expensive food. Which I'm usually okay paying since I have allergies. But when you don't get the food. As the one with allergies. And everyone else does. Honestly, I'm done with this place.
