Smashburger, Tucson AZ

Tried this place 2 yrs ago and it was horrible, tried them again thinking maybe an improvement.and even worse. The fries are cold and stale, the "large" shake is only one size for three different prices. The burgers were dry nightmares (and i paid extra for a triple) i had to force myself to chew as i spent the money on it. Would not recommend this place at all.

The employees here seemed very overworked and they just become so rude. I won’t come back here if i have another choice.

Favorite burger joint in Tucson. The staff at this location never hesitates to go the extra mile. Food is always excellent. People who think their prices are expensive probably think McDonald's is tasty.

I had a good single classic burger today, my first visit to Smashburger. I enjoyed it. The smashsauce was tasty, and the smash fries, with rosemary and oil, were excellent.

Hamburger was good. Wife was not pleased with the fish sandwhich. They give you half a handful of fries. Ketchup bottle was not clean. Service was not compatible with the price we paid for food.

Enjoyed our visit very much. I was very impressed by the staff with their health safety. They wore gloves delivering your food to the tables. As usual as the bacon cheeseburgers were delicious.

It tastes fresh and the price isn't too shabby. I enjoy the rosemary and garlic on the fries, they stand out. The place is clean and the staff was friendly.

Very oily and delicious burger. The garlic fries are also very good. Just wish it was less greasy.

Don't like the idea of smashed burgers, kinda dry. Tots were kinda greasy. The buffalo and blue cheese burger needed more buffalo sauce, less mayonnaise (maybe substitute it for blue cheese dressing.) Staff was great, only reason I gave it four stars vs three.

I finally went to shabbier the other day with my family and some friends. It was fast, delicious, and overall good experience.

Good idea which leads to good food, if you are intrested with a wet burger, one that has been cooked with it's own juices then this is a place to go. The menu has changed a bit with some add on's since they've opened but in no way does it subtract from the professionalism they present to the customers.

Good burgers. Not sure the understand their own coupons. No longer do the veggie frites which were a favorite of mine.

This used to be my favorite burger in Tucson, but it continues to go downhill. Burger is safely the most greasy of any spots I frequent these days. Hence, my visits here have become much less frequent. Today I'm putting Freddy's in number 1 spot in Tucson, with Amigos Burgers and beer in second place, and Habit at 3rd.

The older worker is very rude. She has no respect for the customers. I always bring my kids here because the food is very good. But until this lady is gone I will not be returning. With her attitude she really made the rest of my dat bad. We was there today 12/5/18 at 7: 40pm.

Time 8: 50 pm Really that women in front desk she is not nice at all iwas before tow people waiting to pick up my food she pasted me she called that 2 people name because every thing in Screen why do you pass me don’t Judge book from his cover. Don’t forget you are in USA no Discrimination.

Not impressed. The burgers taste okay (I had better), they're small, certainly overpriced. Didn't like the fries at all, just didn't taste good. I don't think I will be back, just too expensive for the amount and quality of food.

Food was good, joint was a little closer to a fast food place than I expected, especially for the price. Staff was efficient and hurried vs friendly. They do not use antibiotic-free meat which was also surprising for the price and the main reason I will not return.

I LOVE smash burger but I would never go back to this specific place. I order my order. I was only one person so it should be easy for a cook to cook my food properly.but what I get was OVERLY OILY fries that seep thru the paper bag.and bad cooked patty! I’m extremely disappointed in your employee. I order this yesterday (9.26.18) now I’m not feeling very good. My stomach is upsetting.

Great service, expensive typical hamburger and small portion of costly fries. Delicious vanilla shake.

Love these burgers! My favorite of all the hamburger chains. The others are good the smash burger with its crispy edges is the best. You have to give them a try.
