S.M.D AUTOMOTRIZ LLC, Phoenix AZ

I rarely write reviews, but i am deeply compelled to give a shout-out to Rose and Daniel at Automotriz for being so spectacular. Here's the story. I flew from LA to Phoenix to purchase a cargo van from Automotriz a few months back. I was first impressed by their professionalism over the phone. As you can imagine, I was back and forth with Rose and Daniel for a few weeks figuring out the purchase details. Within those few weeks they were extremely helpful answering all my questions, returned my phone calls promptly, and were very transparent. I never got a sleazy or sketchy vibe, and I've had this problem at other dealerships, but not wit them. When I flew to Phoenix to get the car it was a holiday Sunday and the dealership was closed, but Rose and Daniel met me on their day off without hesitation. When I told them I was moving forward with the purchase they even threw in a free tank of gas. Since buying it, I've had complications with getting it reregistered in California and Rose and Daniel have continued to help me. Automotriz is a fantastic dealership and I'm super grateful to have found them. Thanks so much Rose and Daniel - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Below is the truck I bought:)
