EDITED review. The staff is really great. However, long after my visit I was billed for what Medicare and my Medicare supplement didn’t pay. The first person I talked to in their billing office didn’t recognize the problem. When I discussed it with my insurance and called them back several days later, the person I spoke to recognized the error and told me to ignore the bill.

The whole experience was exceptional, the staff was amazing. The only negative I would have to say is the parking, now that was miserable. Good luck finding some place to park.

The Ultrasound technician was professional yet pleasant, although diligently working managed a bit of relaxing small talk, and remembered to smile. The examination experience was entirely non traumatic!

Nice they have a Scottsdale location open Saturdays till 3pm for general
x-rays. Was also nice to have a call back system in place for customer assistance, great!

Had a thyroid biopsy by Dr Palmer. He was excellent. Everyone at the Fountain Hills facility were extremely pleasant.

Had an mri done on my ankle witch I told them multiple times can not be straighten and they forced it straight. By the time it was done was was sobbing and screaming in pain will NEVER RETURN.

Being claustrophobic and this being my first experience having an MRI, the back office made me feel comfortable and reassured me every time.

As I have come to expect, the entire experience went flawlessly.all staff are exceedingly professional, friendly and polite. These are the reasons SMIL is always my medical imaging provider of choice.

Everyone was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. From the front desk, to the techs, to the radiologist injecting the dye, no complaints through the whole process. Great people, would recommend.

Had car accident. Wanted xray. Wouldn't do without dr's referral. Some of us were out priced with Obama care and would rather pay cash. No. Told me to go to ER. So O would waste ER the where people really need help, just to get xray. This is where the system wastes money. I was willing to pay, but the system would rather waste time & money. Smil sucks.

Horrible experience. I got a brain MRI and I am extremely claustrophobic. I could not go through with the exam. The person that was helping me was not comforting at all! After 10 minutes of being in the machine (I really tried to stay calm and go through with it) I had to get out. So I pressed the panic button and asked her if I could take a break. She said I can’t keep doing that because then she has start over again. She provided no comfort at all! When I went home, I did research and it turns out its a common thing to experience. What is shocking to me is that nobody asked me if I was claustrophobic when I made the appointment or when I checked in. You would think they would ask since it’s a common thing! I will never come here again!

Scottsdale Medical Imaging made me feel like my life mattered. Their dedication to my health concerns and their willingness to give me exceptional care, and I really mean EXCEPTIONAL CARE, left me with the feeling that I had been hugged by several angels. God bless all of you!

I recently had an xray done at 3501 N. Scottsdale Road location. I was wearing a necklace that had a crucifix on the end of it and the gal asked me to take it off for the xray (which made sense). I set it on the counter in xray room and later that night I realized I forgot to grab it before I left. I stopped by the next day to see if somebody turned it in and of course the answer was no. I spoke to both the gal that did the xray and her manager and they were both very fidgety when I asked them if they found it. Just a work of caution, don' t set your valuables on the counter because they will likely disappear if you leave and forget to pick them up.

When I went to this loctaion, the person that helped me was really rude she had an attitude, talked to you as if you didn't know what you were talking about. She even took the paper out of my moms hand very rudely. If she was having a bad day she should keep it outside and not display it to the paitents. I even heard her been rude to another patient and even she said "talk about kind service" after that happened the rest of the staff was nice and very professional.

I've had several occasions to use their services, and each time was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and ease in completing the inevitable paperwork. Everything has always gone smoothly and quickly, and only once did I wait in the waiting room more than ten minutes, and that was when I brought my son in for an x-ray without an appointment. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

They were great! I went to the location near mercy Gilbert hospital. I had to have Dye injected into my shoulders for an MRI, They went through everything step by step, and made a process that gave me anxiety so peaceful!
