Despite all that’s going on the ladies were outstanding. From “greet you smiles” to “you’re in good hands” words and actions. My technician Sara was friendly and professional and plain old ‘nice’!

Honestly? Best experience I've had getting a test, for anything in my life. I didn't have to wait in a waiting room for an hour to be taken back for simple X-Rays - I went online and scheduled an appointment, for the next day, and uploaded my X-Ray orders. I showed up for my appointment, finished my paperwork on an iPad in 1 minute, paid and was taken back early and done in 20 minutes. No guessing how much I owed because I paid at time of service, so surprise bills. Thank you SMIL for making my visit so easy and convenient!

Check in was smooth, personnel were professional and personable. Waiting time was not bad (there was some prep drink that I had to take before going through), and the rest of the process was also professional.

These folks are great - from the ease of scheduling to a great office staff, timely service and professionalism. All medical visits should be so great!

I like how this facility is ran. I like how someone personally comes out to the waiting area to assist. They were all so nice to me and to the others in the lobby. I like how patient and respectful they are to the seniors too. Very organized AND I like how I received a copy of my own xrays. Thank you. I just hope they accept my United Healthcare negotiated rate.

I had the first appointment this morning and was in and out in about 30 minutes with my MRI. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I only use SMIL and they have always been great to work with no matter which location I have gone to.

Service was absolutely abysmal. Finally had to cancel the appointment with them after 4 phone calls because they just don't have their act together. I reached out to SimonMed and scheduled the appointment my self with one of their locations in about 5 minutes for same day service.

Excessive wait times. The staff are very nice, but left us waiting and completely forgot about us. They weren't busy, so I dont know why we were forgotten. Disappointed.

I went there and found that they didn't do the X-Rays my doctor requested. They failed to tell their home office this and someone in their organization checking for me found that their problem was a temporary one due to broken equipment, but they told me they didn't do these particular procedures anymore. So, they failed to communicate accurately both with me and their own organization. I ended up going to a different and less convenient location. Poor customer service!
