They are always interested in the patients getting the best care. In the many years I have used them, they have always been patient-focused. I have never had an issue with them.

Technician was not friendly, staff disorganized. Went for services in Sept 2019-received first bill in May 2020 marked Past Due. Never going back here.

The imaging center is very efficient. The technologist was very kind and caring also. Highly recommend this center.

If your doctor sent the orders in for whatever imaging you could need the processes was smooth, quick and easy. Don't remember my radiologists name but she was super professional and always explained what she was about to do next. Very comforting highly recommended don't shop around just go here.

Very friendly efficient staff. Lab work is never fun, but they make it as pleasant as it can be.

My mom had to come here to get a scan and chris was so amazing with her and made her comfortable and it was fast!

They are SUPER at taking care of the patients! This is the PLACE you want to visit of you need any scans at all! Everyone was SUPER NICE! Very Caring and Very Professional!

Absolutely amazing! Serious customer service! They have an amazing concierge and front desk staff. They are on time, efficient, and completely accommodating. The concierge was even disinfecting and cleaning door handles and chairs as people moved to ensure patients stayed healthy in this terrible flu season. For a medical situation this was actually an incredible experience. Other businesses should take note bringing a little humanity into the work place goes a long way!

My husband and I have both come here, several months apart, on different days. Both times we had terrible experiences. The receptionist staff are rude when you call to schedule, changing procedures without consulting doctors, and not scheduling appointments within reasonable times. Once you arrive, they are incredibly callous and rude, with no regard for patient feelings, comfort or care. I would give them zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible! They take way to long for everything. Tell you that they take your insurance and then decide to tell you afterwards that they are not in network. SO PISSED. DO NOT GO HERE- apparently this has happened to others as well. Scottsdale medical imaging- you need to find staff who knows what they are doing.

This place has been the worst experience I have ever had. First they keep losing my referral and then they finally realize it's been in the "old" system the entire time. So they schedule me for an appointment and then I get there to be told they canceled it. They had the wrong number on my account as well so the couldn't reach me and now I can't get back in for another week. So it will be 30 days now from my referral until I hopefully will get an MRI done.

Poor communication. Showed up at 6: 10 for a 6: 15 pm check in. Unfortunately we didn't know we needed to bring the paperwork our doc had given us on July 1.
Somehow, though, they had my phone number the same day we were referred because they were calling us as soon as we left our doctor's office.
Really disappointed with all of the technology these days that they didn't have the electronic copy.

Visited SMIL today as a walk-in for x-ray for my 9 year-old. Staff at reception were friendly, cuertious and professional. Waiting room was clean and roomy with free WiFi. Our total time for the visit was 1 hour 10 min. If you're visiting with a child or can't wait too long, strongly suggest making an appointment online.

Everything went smoothly. Very friendly. Made sure I was as comfortable as possible during my procedure.

I was able to schedule the appointment on line for the time I wanted to come. I showed up when I was supposed to with the paperwork I was supposed to and saw the technician when I was supposed to. Front desk was great, very friendly; technician was great, really put me at ease. I will definitely go back
