Smith's, Kingman AZ

One of the employees at the self check out made us extremely uncomfortable they came up complimented my makeup then started mocking my boyfriend for what he was wearing it was extremely rude not sure if cheap prices are worth my boyfriend getting treated like that for what he wears.

Horrible customer service! Trying to call to ask someone if they're selling dry ice before we head over there, automatic answer system answered and redirected my call to someone but it was never answered. It kept ringing. This happened twice at different days and times. What's the point having the phone number but never answer!

Smiths is my "go to" grocery store. They have the best sale prices as well as excellent customer service. I had the pleasure of talking to Zachery, the butcher. I was unsure of which cut of meat I needed to make a certain dish. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect selection. A priceless employee! Thank you Smiths. This store rocks!

The self checkout cashier honored a sale that was expired but still had the sign on the shelf

Adriann is the rudest front-end manager I've ever come across. They need to do something. The people at the meat department are amazing and friendly. But I will be doing very little shopping there anymore because of her. The managers need to do something about her.

Nice employees. But lack of…limited checkers. Being forded to self scan with no reward is insulting. Product selection could be expanded. Bathroom was a little sloppy and needing a clean.

Came in today to buy some stuff and spoke with Anthony regarding some products. He was very helpful and courteous as he walked me to the aisle to help me find the product. Thank you so much I look forward to my next visit! Good hire smiths

I used to shop smiths but unfortunately I shop once a month and I'm not willing to go self checking it may be the future but its not my future you want me to work or smiths pay me give a discount fuel bucks somthing lol

I am new back in Kingman Arizona and I really like shopping at Smith's they are so kind and helpful.

Not to my liking. I've been to plenty of Smith stores and this store is definitely lacking. It is poorly laid out and the lighting is terrible. I've only shopped here twice and both times the check-out staff have been down out unfriendly and rude. Not going back.

The Staff are Very helpful in any needs & Friendly, prices are a bit high. But a pleasure to shop.

Great very clean, easy to access the food you need to purchase, helpful friendly staff, good prices not as good as Wal-Mart, but on the other hand not as crowded. So worth the stop if you want to avoid the crowds.

Was rather disappointed with this store; I'm used to Frys. Everywhere I walked, employees were socializing and not working. Produce looked terrible. Layout of store did not really make sense.

Be careful here! Sale prices didn't come up at the register. I didn't pay close attention at checkout but looked at the receipt when I got home and I definitely got screwed. Not a lot of money but not cool. The cheerios were supposed to be $1.99 and the pot pies. 99c

Did the online pickup and all of my vegetables AND fruit were all rotten and smashed. My order wasn't even more than 15 items! Complete waste of time and money. Management MUST do better. An embarasment to the City of Kingman.

They have good sales. Because of this they can get awfully busy. I just use self check out.

This is the worst Kroger store I have ever been to, & I travel a lot. This is very ghetto and dirty, every time I have gone it is a different bad experience. & don’t have problems with self checkout because when you ask for help you will be treated poorly and the staff will mumble rude comments under their breath. I am an instacart shopper and will not do orders again until I move because of this store. All employees and management are unprofessional and have visibly poor hygiene. I really don’t know how Kroger has not closed this location.

First time ordering delivery and it will be the last. It won’t let me not pick a star. Delivery person must have thrown the item I purchased because it was dented and the delivery person Jamie P peeled out of the driveway. This is a place of business and that was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I tried to contact someone and all you get is live chat that once they get your name and number and email and then they person ended the chat. I called and it’s automated and that was a disaster. Very poor service.

Unfortunately they don't have enough cashiers they're trying to make people use up out check out. For that reason I quit going there. I tend to spend more money at Safeway. I prefer a regular cashier I don't like. The employees are beginning to not really care about the customers as much and that's really sad
