Smith's Fuel Center reviews
12This place is a disaster it seems that everyone in town is trying to get gas up at Smith's at the same time to save 3 cents. And added to that people living in Kingman are extremely unfriendly because I think they're very unhappy for some reason. People would rather punch you in your mouth and bid you the time of day.
This fuel center is conveniently located in the epicenter of Kingman and is close to pretty much every big business in town, and price for gas is always reasonable, and better if you have a smiths card. But due to the location it is usually very VERY busy at peak hours.
If you get in at the right time there isn't much of a wait. Keeps up with prices. Always nice staff, friendly. 35 gallon limit for rewards is a negative. With a bigger truck with backups for what I do, 75 would be much more convenient.
Great Employees!
Knowledgeable and Extremely Helpful!
Very Personable Staff was Greatly Appreciated!
They have quite a few pumps and their prices about the same as or lower but you need to be careful on which day you go there. Sometimes there is a backup for each pump
I can't believe how expensive fuel is now. Need to invest in an electric moped or something cheaper.
Prices are way too high, but took my $0.10 per gallon discount. And do not buy cigarettes at the attendants booth. Talk about expensive!
There was a problem using scanner at pump to get discount but attendant said she could accept payment at booth instead of at pump and could apply the discount.
When you shop at smiths, you get gas rewards. They have everything you need. A one stop to shop and go.
If your a regular at smiths market then its so worth it to fill up at this gas station and use your fuel points. Sometimes i save up to. 40 cents per gallon
We went on Monday afternoon at it was not busy. But I found that the later in the day/week the busier it is. The are around the pumps were clean and the attendant was on-site to answer any questions. Gas is high because of what is happening in the world. As I shop at Smiths I earn points towards gas rewards and can use any increment of those rewards at the pumps which is definitely nice.
Not a bad place to get gas if you can ever get close enough to a pump. Always overcrowded. Easier to go up the road for gas.
A couple of pumps are not taking cards as of the 2nd week of October 2021, making the process a bit more cumbersome.
There needs to be a clear identification on how to enter the aisles as people are just going any way that works for them, sometimes making an exit a little difficult. They do have diesel fuel here and if you shop at Kroger brand stores the fuel points are quite helpful on reducing the price total
