Smoker's Heaven, Phoenix AZ

I love this place. The owner is awesome and has made a lasting impression with me. I visited his shop on maybe 2 occasions many years ago with my ex husband then recently went in the shop by myself & when the owner approached me he stated it has been a long time since I had last been in his shop then asked how I've been then inquired about my son. It was nice to have him know my face from others even though I had only been there a couple times. It shows that he cares about more than just making money. I am now a frequent shopper at his store & appreciate his help when I have dumb questions. And then there is Zeus.what a handsome dog he is.

This is my go to place to get my smokes (Newport Reds 100's) by far the best price compared to other spots, even though I always use a digital coupon. But even if I didn't get a great price I would still go here. I will go out of my way to visit this store. I'm a firm believer in great customer service, and they deliver time and time again. Can't thank them enough for that!

Smokers heaven is my favorite place to Purchase any products I need the customer service is great the White male worker is just so very friendly & helpful! He answers any questions you have about all vaping products & more! Definitely recommend this place!

I'm in a wheelchair and the customer service is so good I've been to some places that could not be bothered to help me with the door but these people jump to help there great and I just love the guard dog, he comes out and gives some love and a game of ball he's so sweet but the people working there always ask to make sure your okay with him before they let him come out

Just moved into a new apartment 10/31 was looking for a smoke shop and found this one across the street. Great prices, stayed in my budget even with getting incents and a incent holder as well as my smokes. Will definitely be going back every paycheck.

I've lived in this area about 10 years. Always used this shop off & on. This morning i was in a hurry. (not looking my best) after rushing into foodcity i came in the shop to get some last minute items. No one was in there. It wasnt busy. Just me & the grumpy skinny young cashier who has a bad additude. I couldn't buy anything because he was being extremely rude to me. Im guessing this place isn't corporate.but I'm still going to make sure I'm heard by his boss. I spend so much money here between my husband & me. Now we just gonna go to Big Bears in the next plaza. I suggest the same for you.if you want good service.

I live in the area and been to quite a few smoke shops but this one is my choice of smoke shops. Always been greeted and staff is friendly and will answer your questions about their products. Their prices are the cheapest in the area. Not found a better over all smoke shop. Also the only smoke shop for miles and miles that started selling cherry and vanilla pipe tobacco in a 16oz bag with 33% more tobacco for the same price as other tobacco. I love this place

Every neighborhood should be as lucky as ours to have a shop as welcoming as this one. You can tell the staff cares for it's patrons as neighbors and members of the community. Say Hi to Zeus the dog next time you're in.

The hood smoke shop lol they’re always friendly I get all my stuff from them. King palms are always fresh too. Zues is the best!
