Smoothie King, Phoenix AZ

Been here multiple times, usually goes over well. One of the last times I came here, i was served a smoothie with dairy which I’m allergic to and got a rash. Jonah the manager of this location was extremely timely in his response and went above and beyond to rectify. I came back another day to speak to him personally and he was empathetic and took full responsibility. Will continue to go here for my smoothie fixes.

My man with the glasses deserves a raise. Was my first time ever and homie helped me get exactly what I'd like and I loved it. Will defo be back, hope that yall treat that employee as good as he treats his customers

Ordered Carrot Kale Dream and Angel Food for delivery. The delivery experience was fine, but the smoothies tasted really weird. I thought maybe it was the sugar they used, but both smoothies had the same weird aftertaste and only one had added sugar in the listed ingredients.
The only way I can describe it is a hint of watermelon tainting the rest of the ingredients.

This was my first experience with Smoothie King so I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

Love this place but I hate the people that go to Starbucks. They are so rude When you're trying to get out from buying your smoothie King so be aware

Ordered for pickup and this location wasn’t even open. Website allowed me to order so beware.

Came to this location this morning to grab smoothies for myself and some staff members and the door was locked and no one was picking up the phone. I made sure before coming that they would be open which online as well as the website it says they open at 7am and it’s 7: 43am. What a disappointment and waste of gas!

The young man who assisted me helped me figure out what I needed.recovering from cancer surgery and needing to gain weight. I am grateful for the time he spent with me.

Thank you so much I came down with the Rona and my throat has been killing me. I had the strawberry banana Activator and it helped so much! I can somewhat taste it and it’s delicious, and definitely helped my throat. I’ve always loved Smoothie King but this time you guys really came through.

I like this place though I think it's expensive. My smoothie was $9-$12 dollars, I don't remember exactly. Expect to see more of me

They have great smoothies with a wide variety of flavors and mix-ins. It is also healthy for the most part and very accommodating to people's food-related needs. My favorite part is that the smoothies are smooth (like the name implies) and are not filled with seeds like other similar drinks I've gotten at different restaurants.

Great knowledgeable staff that help you if you have questions or don't know what to get, nice staff. Great smoothies! Berry punch!

My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from here on Monday night. We did not have anything the same all day and then went to this place and 3 hours later it hit both of us around the same time and I have been sick ever since throwing up. I called on Tuesday to make them aware of the issue so they could figure out what possibly did it so no one else got sick and they acted like it was not a big deal at all.

The girl working asked if we wanted another smoothie (at the time no) and then said she would have the owner call us. It is now Thursday and no call. Nor did she ask what kind of smoothie we both got to get to the bottom of what ingredient (s) were bad of theirs and caused this.

Due to the unprofessionalism I had to leave a review. Maybe they will be stricter on their policies of cleanliness of their ingredients moving forward.

Good smoothies, friendly and helpful staff. Maybe a little bit expensive compared to other places, but it's worth a try.

I went to this Smoothie King and ordered what I usually ordered. I was greeted by a seemingly small Filipino girl with black curly hair and her worker with brown hair and a hat. I told the girl my order and she began questioning me on it. I was already in a sort of saddened mood so I told her “yep, that”. She began to make the order with another girl with blonde hair. They began to cuss and talk about me ordering my order and proceeded to “make it better” as they put it. By messing up the order completely and being unkind, they made me question coming here again. I’ve been here many times, yet this is the 2nd time something like this has happened.

I have spent so much time driving there because it's far from where i live but so worth it.the angel food smoothie is 10/10

Great tasting smoothies and well worth the price. These are not shakes people! I love the meal replacement aspect. My favorite. Nutty Super Grain with blueberries. Try it and you will love it.
