We Love Snooze I Always get the Benny DUO and switch up my pancakes, this time in Kierland location where we were so excited to have a snooze am eatery near our hotel we experienced a set back I've read about in other locations. COLD food, I'd give a One star if it wasy first time. So order the Pico de Gallo on the side next time asine seemed to come out of the freezer and unintentionally poured all overy eggs turning the yolks hard and theeat was cold cold

Loved this place, unpretentious and delicious. Breakfast tacos were so delicious. Flavorful, full, and fresh. They could have used a second tortilla each to help keep it all together. Really though, that's a minor gripe. Pancakes were also tasty. Coffee was spot on, I'd recommend the cortado.

Delicious food. Absolutely packed of people so the service was a bit slow, but within reason. The food and staff made the wait easy

Came here worh ny family during a weekday and the place was super busy. We were seated almost immediately but it did take a long time for a waiter to come over. We ordered drinks and food, but some of the coffee and drinks didn't come until after we had eaten our meals. The food was average, a bit overpriced for the flavors and quality. The staff was friendly and polite about the wait, but it was still ridiculous that some drinks didn't come for a good 45 min and we'd been finished by then. Don't think I'd really come back just because of the pricess and quality, nothing against staff or presentation of the restaurant

Best breakfast I've had in years! Anna S.gave us wonderful recommendations, and her service was above and beyond. I have food allergies, and Anna not only informed the staff, but researched it to better protect me! The entire staff is great, and the food is second to none. Great cooks in the kitchen! We will be back often. You will not regret eating here!

Great breakfast spot! Fun youthful vibes. Love the classic coffee mugs. Breakfast tacos were on point and soo flavorful. Not the biggest portions but that worked for us!

Nice place to get a sit down breakfast. Food was excellent and freshly prepared. Great choices for Gluten Free or sensitive eating. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The food is so good! So much sugar that it can't possibly be good for you. But was totally worth it. Try the "OMG! French Toast". Out of this world!

I came here twice in one week. I am picky with my Coffee, don’t care for Starbucks and usually can’t find a decent coffee anywhere. Snooze has great coffee! 1st visit I had the pumpkin creme filled pancakes and the second time pine apple pancakes. Both delicious and good portions. My husband had a mushroom spinach / cheese omelette. They forgot the cheese and he stated it was ok. (he is a chef so maybe more picky. Bacon was spiced so meh…imo. Place was too crowded both times and there was practically no social distancing, as where the had partitions they were small with wide openings on both sides. Other areas you were too close to your neighbor. In a COVID world this may matter but doesn’t change my opinion about the place itself. I will return again (perhaps patio next time) and try something different. There are so many choices I am somewhat excited to taste the next item. Service was great and fast.

Had breakfast here this morning with my wife. It took over 20 minutes for a server to acknowledge our presence. We ordered immediately. I got a breakfast plate and my wife got toast. Coffee cups were noticeably dirty, lots of food was under the table next to ours. The eggs that were served to me still had clear juice and were runny. The jelly in the ramekins they brought out had 3/16” of jelly in them, barely enough to cover 1/2 piece of toast. Requested more jelly which took 10 minutes to get and only brought one with the same amount as the first one. 1/2 hour after eating I get sick to my stomach with horrible pain and run into Target with a fresh case of diarrhea. This place is disgusting. Stay away if you want to be safe. Great name. When you Snooze you lose. Yuck

Very busy place i guess because the food is very good and i agree. You should try it though, dont know what times they are not that busy only ate there one time. Food is delicious and must try the mimosas.

Service was prompt and comprehensive without being intrusive.

The food was excellent. My wife and I each got the duo, so we were able to try 4 different Benedicts in one sitting. Each one had a very different flavor, concept even. My favorite was the habañero, the heat built on slowly and the flavor just savored, truly excellent.

Extra points for the diverse crowd, some in business meetings, some for brunch dates, and even a couple small children (babies). We might have been the most casually dressed, and we were still welcome.

Definitely hope to return soon.

The Bella Bella Benedict was out of this world good! Probably the best I've ever had. The prosciutto mixed with the egg and arugula was perfect! Ps.the egg was cooked perfectly which is rare these days. Dam good! Service was super friendly and quick. Nice work guys and gals!

We were seated quickly and cheerfully. The menus are accessed via QR code or physical. Our server came in a timely manner to take our drink order, answered questions about the menu and double checked with me about an item to make sure I would be satisfied. My mimosa was awesome, our food was fantastic and our server stopped by a couple of times to check on us which I love. Probably could have upsold is but didn't I wish this place was near me! The cashier is a device so we asked for a walk through, lol!

Loved it so much, we ate breakfast here three days in a row over a long weekend visit to Scottsdale

Absolutely delicious! They were so easy to order from especially if you have a GF need/allergy.
I highly recommend them for fast service and great GF food!

Told me to leave premises within minutes of waiting for them to open. Very rude. I wasn't even technically on there premises.
