During our visit on 12/15/2023 officer T. Norris was very professional and courteous. His clear, concise and excellent demeanor was greatly appreciated when giving verbal instructions on the rules of the Social security office guidelines. Inside at the customer service desk agent Dominick was a breathe of fresh air with his efficiency, professionalism and knowledge. Thank you to both staff for making our experience 100% awesome.

Make an appointment! I waited over 1 hour to be seen. They call the numbers out of order too. While I was waiting, they escorted 1 unruly person out of the building. It is sad when people can not behave civily in public.

Went in November 22ed
Staff great, clean, kind security, guy who helped me with filing some papers very kind. In and out less then a hour but it’s now December 5th and papers I took in are still not on file and I still have not got paid so I can’t pay my bills or do Christmas. I have a stamp on papers saying I filled but not much help. Call everyday on hold hours
May have to go back. I don’t think the location is issue I think they don’t want to pay me even tho it’s back pay

Has a dropbox inside! Security guy was friendly and prompted purposeful and effecient social interaction so I didn't have to. Thanks, man:) Place was packed with people at 12: 30pm on a Monday just FYI

I was there today to take care of something to do with Medicare. Yes I waited an hour and a half, but when I was called I got Ms Reyes and she was very pleasant and professional. She got to the point of what I needed, made corrections on my data made copies of my paper work and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. It was a great experience. Thank you Ms Reyes for being so nice and quick.

Anytime I have gone to Social Security office have always got the answers l wanted. Unfortunately, this Month I have not received my money. Waiting til October 10 to see if COLA is part of the issue.

I was pleasantly surprised. In my head, I had equated with the wait at DMV, but it was nothing like my usual moments at DMV.
I arrived at 9am because I want sure how long it c would take, but it wasn't bad. There was about 15 people ahead of me but I was seen pretty fast.
The staff was very courteous starting with the officer who directed me to the kiosk after checking my purse. The waiting room was clean, the was adequate seating and I waited about 15 minutes before I was called back to the window.
My service representative was very nice, she answered my questions and I was out of there by 9: 30. If I had to go to the office again I would probably come back to this location. Thank you.

The machine printing numbers was faint ended up not hearing the number an hour and a half wait

I like the new system, but maybe because I’m old and been through all the old stuff. More specialized, get to me right away. Or a least, I don’t spend my whole day here.

Beware of the people at this office. Everything they told me was inaccurate and has caused a lot of problems. Also when they want to put a tracker on your car they bring it to this office and while you're with your rep somebody will go out to your car.

For every good social security worker there are twenty that enjoy arguing with the elderly and disabled about their retirement benefits. It's really not nice to see elderly people crying in the parking lot. Do better.

I recently called this office and the operator (a male) was not at all helpful and questioned if I called once prior and I asked to speak to a supervisor yet the operator told me that I needed to wait for the person he sent me to received my voicemail before I call back and I asked if there was a limit to how many times I could call and was told "don't have an attitude with me lady. " I never raised my voice or had an attitude I simply asked to speak to a supervisor not get the operators opinion on how to handle my issue. I think they need to train the operators on how to be effective and maybe not give their opinions on what the consumer should do to get in touch with a live person because they don't know the whole situation that I've called numerous times in the past and simply leaving a VM wasn't getting me even a callback. If anyone was with attitude it was the phone operator because I shouldn't have to justify to anyone why I need a supervisor or feel like I'm bothering anyone because my issues were not getting addressed. Very poor customer service skills and I have had many operators that I've came in contact with but this one by far had nothing but rude and non-effective ways to handle things and I shouldn't feel like I'm bothering anyone. They should be helpful and polite. Fyi not everyone there is this way only this time was an issue I've had some awesome people at the windows.

It takes something truly exceptional (good or bad) for me to leave a review. My experience with Miss Parsons at the social security office off of 1st was truly amazing! She was so kind welcoming and helpful.

Older lady at window 16 assisted me, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had several questions regarding my case and mail, to which every question was answered with "I dont know nothing about that". The Social Security administration is meant to serve the public, you guys should really encourage your employees to do better, service with a smile.
