Society of St. Vincent de Paul - Sunnyslope Thrift Store, Phoenix AZ

My wife called them to pick up stuff that we had & they took everything but the couch & love seat they left cause there was a couples stains & a couple small little tears in it. I thought it was a place that took donations of any kind the couches were still in good shape & still able to go to a good home with somebody that could use them they were getting them for free & could profit for whatever charity they support. Not happy about this.

Went in at 5: 40 was greeted by two very read women. They told me that they can close at any time even though the store says 6

If I can give this place no stars I would. My younger brother and I decided to go to this thrift shop. The lady at the cash registered had accused my brother from stealing a blanket that he paid for, when he paid cash with a different lady that was working there. Not only that, she did not believe him when he said he had paid for it.when the lady who assissted him came out to prove that he paid for the blanket, she didnt even apologize for her mistake. When we were walking out of the store one of the workers or volunteers had said "good job" for calling him out in front of everyone. We will never again come back to this thrift shop and do not feel welcome here. I thought this thrift shop was watm and friendly enviornment since it is under a Catholic community. How funny.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! They literally kicked us out at 5: 58 when they do not close till 6. I will surely be contacting corporate to let them know about this issue!

I now remember why l stopped shopping there. Merchandise not that great and prices were not great either. Kind of pricey.

Friendly staff everything nice and organized but I'd honestly rather shop at Goodwill for furniture

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. They usually have awesome finds & the prices are pretty great. I generally can't walk out without something.

I just started here and i love working here i love what i do i enjoy interacting with the customers they are a joy to talk to n help

I have been trying to get a pickup from this place for way too long. First it was because they didn't have a weekend delivery (I understand this isn't their fault I work within their hours).
I called and scheduled a pick-up time a week in advance and had my fiancé take time off of work to be there for the pickup.
It's getting close to their cut off time so he calls to ask where they are and they said we weren't scheduled at all.

This company is a nightmare to work with.

Wonderful place. So happy to have this thrift store in my neighborhood. That's where I found my kids bikes and lots of tools too.

Better stuff & much better staff than Goodwill. They test electronics before selling and have a good return policy. Clothing is all wearable, none of the rags on racks you find elsewhere. Plus every dollar goes right to the neediest.

Excellent place but some items are extremely over priced and they don't negotiate anymore. Great that they do sales daily but still can't justify over $100 for the poor quality donated dressers they're peddling.

I love this store; the people are friendly & the displays aren't too cluttered. A note: although the store is open till 6pm weekdays, the daily cut-off time to accept donations is at 4pm.

Was busy and other customers seemed quite rude but the staff was friendly and helpful and store had a wide variety of stuff

You can find a great deal but some of the merchandise is overpriced for the condition. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice Thrift Store. Great Place if your trying to furnish or refurnish your place. The staff is really nice. Unlike the S6. Vincent DePauls on Bell. Nasty attitude. And personally I think the Caucasian Lady is very racist

Overpriced! Almost all the things here are overpriced. I was looking for a modem for wifi. Found one but it was 30 bucks. Furniture here is like 300

I found a nice Italian leather furniture set, gently used at a great price. Easy to navigate through the store and amazing staff.
