Soft Swim Pool Service, Mesa AZ

Mike Hall has been working on my pool for almost a year. He does a amazing job with our pool. He is always really knowledgeable and reliable. I would definitely recommend this company.

The pool service does their best to keep the pool in great condition. I would highly recommend Soft Swim Pool Service.

I used SoftSwim for over a year for weekly pool service before I said enough is enough. My pool is somewhat self-cleaning, so it does a good job of skimming and vacuuming the debris. A weekly service with SoftSwim consisted of someone dipping a test strip, emptying the filter basket, doing a few brush strokes on the wall, and adding chemicals. No exaggeration, they were in and out in 2 minutes; they never stayed more than 3 minutes.

They never did a proper brushing, never skimmed, never vacuumed, and rarely checked the pool equipment.

As others have commented, Eric, the owner/manager, never responded to my texts, as if I was a burden and not worth his time. The service is so lacking, it’s a wonder they’re still in business.

I have used Softswim for a couple months now. I initially had them do some maintenance on my pool. Then I got busy at work and have been having them do weekly upkeep. They have been great. They did an excellent job with my filter replacement, replumb, and resetting a couple tiles. (They did miss one drip of mortar on the pool floor but no biggie.) The weekly service has been so speedy and ninja-like. Their pics and post-visit email are excellent documentation. I’ve interacted with 2 of their guys and both were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied and worry free with my pool in their hands.

This company really knows pool chemistry. And they are very reasonably priced and respond quickly. They also keep their appointments.

Charged me for cleaning service after I canceled and office is not in this location. Can't get a hold of anyone.

I contacted this pool company after trying 3 others. The other pool companies were not able to fix our pool. This company was very professional and were able to come out very quickly to fix our pool. I asked them to replace a light in the pool and in the hot tub. I also asked if they would be able to hook our landscaping lights up to our Pentair control panel, so we could control them with our phones. Brandon came out and fixed everything for us. They gave us a quote beforehand, and that was the price that we paid. By chance, my hot tub was having issues heating the day before Brandon came. He was able to fix it while he was here. I will definitely use this company again.

Brandon came out to check out my leaky filter. After realizing it likely wouldn’t be repairable (at least without a lot of pain) he advised replacement. He showed up a couple days later and managed to get everything swapped and rebuilt in under an hour! In the rain! Way to go above and beyond, Brandon!

Brandon is an awesome technician. Very responsive. We are new to pool ownership and he has taught us quite a bit and always seems happy to stop by if we have a question or a problem.
