Soho Nail Bar, Scottsdale AZ

I’ve been coming to Soho Nail Salon for over three years now. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. I appreciate that the nail techs take their time no matter how busy they are and take pride in doing their very best!

Got a pedicure. At the very beginning with the nail cutting and cuticle trimming the woman felt like she was pulling skin off of my toe that was unnecessary.but at that moment it wasn't totally unbearable so I kind of ignored it, but now i wish i didn't. She put something on my foot and it started burning badly. I put my foot in the water. The woman went back to that toe probably another 5-6 times. I verbally asked her "to please not touch that toe" TWICE, and she kept going back. I finally just started pulling my foot away anytime she started back on it.she would still go back to it after a few minutes passed. Maybe there was a language barrier, but me pulling my foot away repeatedly and asking her not to do that should have been enough to send the message. Today, the day after, my toe is irritated and stinging, it has a cut and it looks like she removed parts of my nail and nail bed that should not have been removed. I have no idea what she thought she was doing. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. Polish came out fine. But really hoping this heals fast and doesn't get worse.

I came in with very thin nails from another nail salon I went to, and the manager was very sweet on ensuring that I left with stronger nails. They put tips on my nails and switched me to dip from acrylic. They were very careful with how sensitive my nail beds were which was really nice. My entire experience was 10/10 and will continue to come here from now on!

I received a manicure but the nail tech I had was nice but nipped my fingers even though she took her time. They didn't have Matte polish but tried to pass it off with clear polish. I tipped anyway even though I shouldn't have so I basically paid for a mediocre experience.

While visiting Scottsdale I Had a wonderful experience at Soho. I did not have to wait and was immediately pampered by staff for my mani and pedi. While I was receiving my relaxing gel pedi they started/finished my dip powder mani at the same time. Each staff took their time and paid attention to the details and made sure each nail was perfect. Nice clean aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and overall a wonderful experience. My favorite manicure to date. Thanks Soho!

Really enjoy the staff here, great pedicures and acrylics! Clean, comfortable and friendly.

Our group of 4 friends from out of town came in for mani/pedis, with each of us needing different services. Each staff member was skilled and we were all pleased with the results. I asked for gel for my toenails since it keeps the nails smudge-free. I’m very pleased and would absolutely come again.

Friendly staff, easy appointment process, clean facility, good for groups, and they were happy to accommodate all our requests. Trey went above and beyond to help us have a good experience. Thanks to Helen and Trey for my lovely nails.
