SOL NAILS & SPA, Surprise AZ

I used to really enjoy this place, the owners are genuinely sweet people. However the last time I was in (July) they were really aggressive with my hands and left every finger injured. All of them got infected and I had to soak them in Epsom salt to help heal them.it took 2 months to get back to normal.

Not really customer oriented.lots of wait times. Sad.they are good.just need more techs on Monday & Saturday. Waited 30 min for a simple re-polish to one nail!

Tech didn't put soap in my water. She didn't scrub me feet with a brush, she used her bare hands. She didn't wear gloved the whole time she was working on my pedicure.
The nail polish was uneven and clumpy in some areas. I had to ask for someone else to help her fix it.

Another women came in and sat next to me for a pedicure and I watched her put soap in the water and put gloves onbefore she startedher pedicure.

I would love to liked this place since its closer to my house. But sadly the service I received wasn't very good. I had a deep powdered nails done and I thought it will lasts atleast 2 to 3 weeks but nope not even a week. Since there's only 3 people working there that day that I come the one who did my nails you can tell that shes rushing it so she can help other people. So I ended up having not the nice one it looks liked I just do it my self. Im not coming back. So disapppointed!

I was appalled by their lack of cleanliness. I witnessed the technician put her hand in the scrub without using a proper tool to avoid any contamination. I did not see them bring any of the tools in a sterilized manner. I will not be returning this place. If you are wanting to avoid any infections, DO NOT COME HERE!

Been here a few times and it's usually great! However this last time I went it was rough. I came in as a walk in and they were short staffed which I completely understand. However, my nail tech was very rough and gave me wounds on almost all of my fingers with the drill: (it hurt so badly.very sad because this place is usually the best.

I love this place! They are absolutely wonderful. They know what they are doing and a very friendly and knowledgeable I am very pleased with their service

I really like this place, Lucy is very good at what she does, and she and her husband are very friendly polite and professional.

This is the worst managed salon I have ever been too. The man who works there is so disrespectful and hung up on me twice when I brought it to his attention that one of his employees did a terrible job. He would not let me speak when I told him the issue and then he got upset and he hung up. I called him back and he said he doesn't want to hear it and hung up again! There is no accountability for what they did wrong and he did nothing to fix the situation at all. ZERO STARS!

I have to give this place five stars. I have been coming here for the last three years almost 4 since it became sol nails. Honest to God I get the best service. The owners Lucy and Lee are the best very professional. They are awesome and their employees are pretty good too. Will always come here. Always get the best work done.

I just left this place it's like an assembly line. I was left bloody with a hang nail. Worse off now then when I went in.

I am handicapped and seldom get pedicures as I should. I dread the callus removal as my feet hurt when I walk. I can’t thank Lucy enough for finding a corn on the bottom of my left foot which she removed. I have been in pain for years and have had to walk with shoes even in the house to lessen the pain. By her removing my corn I am pain-free for the first time in years.

A couple friends and I took our daughter to get pedicures today. First impression was it was not to clean. There was 7 of us and only 6 chairs available (yes we made and appointment) when the 7th chair became available they wiped it down with a used towel. When one of my friends told the lady what pedicure she wanted the lady got mad and threw the card. When it was time to pick the color she got mad again when she told her the number and told her she wanted normal polish, not gel. My oldest daughter was given gel polish without being asked (my daughter had assumed I was ok with this since I told the lady what pedicure. I DID NOT ok gel). When I went to pay my deluxe spa pedicure was $35 which I knew. My heals are still rough, she did hardly any trimming around my toes. The dead skin from when she was using the grader was brushed into the water that my feet where still in. She also washed the grader off with my feet still in the water. My daughters pedicure that should have been $25 was now $40 when I questioned it I was told she asked for gel. I looked at my daughter and she said I was never asked anything. I looked at the lady and said wow this is ridiculous and she looked right at my daughter and said yes she is. So unprofessional. $23 for my 7 year old. I will not be back. Dirty, unprofessional, rude, and way to much money for what we received. I don’t mind paying if the service is good. Good luck to anyone who goes there.

My daughter and I came in as a walk-in. It was very busy. We had a good experience. I suggest making an appointment since they are busy. If you can be patient it’s definitely worth the wait. Our nails and toes look amazing. We were treated very well. It’s been a way better experience then other nail salons in the area. The place is immaculate too. And it feels so open and relaxing.

They are very friendly. My nails look fabulous. I will continue going there.
Very clean, I have been going there for 6 months.

I got a pedicure done here for the first time and was not disappointed. They follow social distancing protocols and everyone was wearing a mask. Upon entering you are also told to write down name and wash hands. I love the way my set came out. The shop was also very clean. Will be going back!

I was treated real nice at this place. I had not had a pedicure in a few months so you can imagine how bad my feet were. The guy was amazing and gentle despite the roughness. I picked out the Pearl pedicure and it was worth every penny of the $50. It included paraffin wax for my feet to help smooth out the skin. Put a warm heating pack around my neck and shoulders. Made the whole experience feel lavish. I also got a gel manicure and was pleased that the polish was good quality and lasted for about 10 days before chipping. I’m pretty rough on my hands so this was amazing. I did not have an appointment and was a walk in. The place is spacious and beautifully decorated.

Today was my first time going to this place. I loved it. The staff were super friendly and the ambiance was fantastic. I will be back for sure

Ummm the best nail salon in Surprise - hands down! Ever since my husband and I moved to town, I've been searching for a good place to get a gel mani and pedi. I decided to give SOL NAILS & SPA a try on a Friday afternoon. I am so happy I went!
You walk inside and immediately you notice the place is super clean. I instructed the workers on what I wanted and they seated me quickly.
They really paid attention to detail and were meticulous in their practice. They messed up one of my nails and redid it 3 times!
It's been nearly 2 weeks and my nails aren't chipping and they still look fabulous. I'm so exited to go to SOL NAILS & SPA again! Way to go you guys!
