I do not understand the point of going to a temp agency when I have to be interviewed by both the agency and the employer. Just do my background and my drug test.and give me a job

Zero customer service skills. Whoever answers the phone needs training on phone etiquette and how to not rush people off the phone.

I want to thank the staff at the Avondale Staffing Solutions location for their excellent customer service and for the quick job placement. I'll definitely be referring friends and family to the Avondale office. Great work ladies!

The worst! The employees with a terrible attitude. They don't explain anything to you and they open the door without answering your greeting. Alicia is the one who treated me with a terrible attitude. She wanted to give me a job without explaining anything to me. They treat you as if it were the only place to look for work. I said NO to this place.

The staff was able to get me employed at a suitable job. They've been reliable whenever something went wrong with an employer. They were able to find solutions and communicate clearly. I've recommend multiple people in need of work and they were able to do the same for them.

Unprofessional, Missed a call from Alicia regarding my application on indeed When I called back to talk to Alicia another person said to come in at 1 the next day and they would send me the info. I never received any information, no address, no confirmation of interview. When I arrived I was then told id need 2 forms of ID which was never related to me. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my day.

Best customer service I have received from a job agency since moving to Arizona. Definitely referring to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with this staff agency especially with Alicia Rubio she help me with all my questions gave me positive feedback with great details of my work assignment, hands the best customer service I have had in a long time thank you very much for this experience. Went to get a job on Monday. Did the drug test, signed paperwork and got a schedule. It was getting closer to the start date so I called and called, got the run around all week. Called them multiple times and they said my recruiter Michelle was not there. Called again 10 minutes before close because I was promised a call back to confirm my start date and they told me that the position had not started yet. Not to mention, she couldn’t even locate my file. My question is where did the paper with my social and drivers license go? And What happened to the job I signed up for? Very disappointing and very sketchy. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.

Very unprofessional it’s like they get mad if you decline a job offer and they would only tell you about that job for months if anyone knows how to report them for doing this please let me know

We called there before going to Glendale office. Women here are so rude and very unprofessional. Told my husband they didn't have no jobs available and hung up on my husband. I called back and she was rude told me the same thing. Don't go to Avondale take that drive to Glendale where your treated with beautiful women and a great positive vibe and smells good. Get some help for this crazy rude office with miserable unprofessional women.

Don’t come here, these ladies are unprofessional, they make women who work hard, look bad, and from the racial tension i heard about this place towards others who are not hispanic makes the community look ugly. Not only that, they keep bothering me with these wack jobs that are way below what I’m asking for as a staring pay, then expect me to start the job with just 4 hours notice and hung up on me when I said I couldn’t start with such short notice. Tu cres.

I was looking for a job desperately until i find this place.very Amazing ppl and very helpful and professional all those 3 girls were awesome except one. Jk they’re all help and super nice and eveytime i call or have issues the solved roght away for me. Thank you

They ask you to come in at a certain time, just to have you wait there for over an hour. Then when you finally get called up, you find out that the job you were looking for is not available or they have qualifications that you didn't meet. Might as well use Indeed, because most of the jobs they have is already on indeed.

Warninging! There are far better temp agencies. Definitely tones of prejudice (correction: they dont discriminate. They equally dislike everyone). The office personnel are very rude. Unimpressed, to say the least. No follow-up, no due diligence. Had drug screening and background preformed. When I called a few weeks later to find out current jobs, they told me to come in. When I arrived they told me there is only one job and the pay is low. They don't act in the best interests of the candidates or their contracts.

Solutions Staffing, in their response, is now suggesting I didn't accept the position. Which is a lie. I accepted and was waiting for an on-site interview with the client. Like I said previously, there was no follow-up.

This is further proof of their incompetence.

This Avondale office is awful. I was told would start work July 6th and all the job info would be emailed to me. I received nothing. The office staff there won't call u back with status of a position I was promised; I called and asked about the job 3 times no one calls back. The staff should be trained about customer service.

One of the worst stuffing companies that you can work for they payroll sacks they think that you don’t need the money.
