My favorite go to for everything loungewear. Always greeted and helped by attentive and kind sales associates. So happy to have this shop in our neighborhood.

Autumn has to be the most helpful and patient lingerie associate in Tucson. Found my sizes, colours and styles and left me one happy customer.

Had a fitting here. Staff were super helpful and they ordered the color I wanted with free shipping

Jammies and lingerie there are super soft. Bought some for my wife and she loves them. She went back and had a fitting for some new bras, she said "more comfortable and less expensive" than what she usually buys.

UPDATE: I received a phone call from the store manager, Roberta and she put me down for an appointment and I had a way better experience! She apologized for the service I received and was very empathetic towards the situation. This is something every manager should embody. Roberta let me know that Soma was having their Summer Bra Event with $29 bras. I went on a Saturday and Roberta and crew were very helpful from beginning to end. Everyone was very helpful cheerful in the store. It was my sisters first time buying bras from Soma and she really enjoyed her experience. With both of us combined, we bought ten bras total. Great experience and Roberta was very receptive to the feedback that I had given. I’m glad she invited me back for a second time - I will be back again as my sister and I had a great experience.

One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Me and my sister walked in and we’re not greeted at all. While we were looking at bras, I expressed how excited I was that one of the bras I wear was coming in a navy. The two associates in the store continued to ignore us and talk about a conversation (very graphic) that should not be said while people are in the store. I was ready to buy several bras but walked out due to lack of customer service. I even reached out to Soma customer service and I still have not heard back from them. This was over a month ago. As a former employee I’m disappointed and I know for a fact I will not step into this store again as they judge you as soon as you walk in and they decide based on how you look if they want to help you or not. If you already know your size, shop online. If not, save yourself the frustration, take a day trip to Phoenix and visit the Soma in the Scottsdale mall. Way better customer service.

Ashley was amazing! I needed to be fitted badly for a bra. She was very helpful & professional. The store was busy and Ashley handled things pleasantly and with ease. I came back later in the afternoon with friends (they needed underwear) after a late lunch at Blanco and she remembered my name. A great customer service experience overall.

I love the service Soma gave me while shopping at the Fashion Square mall. However the experience and service I received at the Soma in La Encantada, was one of the worst. They gave my Mom the wrong measurement. I bought 2 bras for her. When she went home she put them on and both bras were too big. She took them back and they wouldn’t return or exchange them unless she paid $70 more because she didn’t have the receipt. It’s not like she waited months to go back to return them. I bought those bras 3 days before. The cashiers excuse was that the girl who helped us while shopping was new and that’s why she gave the wrong bra size.

As for the bras I purchased for me, they are stretching too fast. It’s weird because the bras I purchased at Fashion Square are still in very good condition.

Denise was wonderful, she got me sized with the perfect and incredibly comfortable bra. Thank you so much for taking your time to help me find exactly what I needed. Truly the most comfortable bras I have ever had.

I only buy Soma panties. I decided to buy a bra-May 3rd. The bra arrived and it was too small. I tried to get ahold of them by phone, always busy. I sent an email asking how to return and replace with a larger size. They sent out a response that I would be contacted as soon as possible, never happened. I returned the bra with a note what size I needed. I never received the bra. I sent out several emails and same response, we will get back with you. It never happened. I finally got ahold of them by phone June 26th. Was told they refunded me the first week in June. I will not try anything new again. I'll keep with the panties that I know I will not return.

So in a post Corona world, Soma is handling the transition beautifully. As soon as you come in the door, there's hand sanitizer available, in addition to very wonderful staff.
Soma has a wonderful reputation for always having comfortable clothes, but it's more then just that. Their dresses usually have pockets, their range of bras is truly spectacular, and if you need talls, they can be ordered in store and shipped to your home for free. Their fabrics are ALWAYS soft, begging to be touched, and I always love their pajama pants.
The changing rooms are currently closed, and you are required to wear masks; which actually makes me feel even more comfortable with shopping. I really appreciate the lengths the store, staff and everyone goes to reassure us while shopping.

Soma has the best PJs especially for Christmas. There bras and panties are so comfortable. Love this store.
