Sonesta Select Tucson Airport reviews
16 Never stayed at a Sonesta before, but I will definitely be back. The staff was wonderful, especially the breakfast host in the morning, very sweet and helpful. Lots of variety and choices in the breakfast in the morning. Lobby and surrounding areas were super clean.
The room was spacious and the beds were very comfy. Overall, a GREAT stay!
Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was clean, bathroom was squeaky clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Recommend 10/10. Will be staying here for future trips!
I stayed there for two days and the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay again if I’m back in Tuscan.
Staff was professional, helpful, and had great customer service!
Rooms were beautiful, and comfy!
Staff where very welcoming and manager there was able to accomidate me there with short notice after a bad expirience at a nearby hotel. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Manager was able to give me with a daily flat rate on my extended stay. Definately recommend staying here! Area was safe as well.
Had an amazing stay at Sonesta. Room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated! Amenities were great, gym, pool and hotel staff were incredibly nice, professional, and helpful with all my questions about the hotel and area.
Had a great stay at Sonesta! The friendly and welcoming front desk staff would greet me every time I passed by. Room was very clean and very quiet. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!
We got placed in here last night my Delta. By far the worst hotel I've stayed in. Mold in the bathroom, things broken or not working. Drains plugged up, is fridge. Not worth it, terrible.
Stayed here at Sonesta for work purposes. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions you may have. The beds are very comfortable, especially after a long day of work. The bathtub was a squeaky, but besides that it was okay. The rooms are fairly large. The sofa is also soft. I even fell asleep on their one night. The bar has a decent selection. The mixed drinks are pretty good. They do have Starbucks drinks inside as well and a small restaurant as well. Overall my stay was good.
Staff was wonderful! Coffee was good and breakfast was decent. The rooms were definitely used.our mirror doors were off the track and leaning against the dress, the shower bottom was soft when you stepped inside, and stains on the couch.
I booked this hotel as at the last minute, the staff was really nice and the room was really big considering the price. Everything was clean, nice, and neat; from the lobby to the room.
Rooms need updating. Doors were broken. Patio screen door was ripped off and tossed to the side.
1. Rooms requested were not what were assigned. That had to be straightened out, twice.
2. Room keys had to be replaced after one use.
3. Refrigerator did not work.
4. Air conditioner was extremely loud.
5. Price of two rooms were confirmed at $79 per night. At time of checkout we were told that the nights increased to $98 because we didn’t book directly with hotel and the booking co. Had to get their “cut”.
6. Breakfast was a disaster; old hard boiled eggs, dried microwave heated egg muffins, and old coffee.
7. For each room we had to request fresh towels and beds made up.
8. One room had a clip of long black hair in tub.
Best hotel for the price in Tucson. Would rather stay here than some of the more expensive places in the foothills. Staff is friendly and helpful, everything works as intended, and facilities are great. Only suggestion - bring a long charging cable, as there aren't really outlets near the beds.
For the most part everything was OK But.the breakfast was marginal at best, well it sucked. The coffee is absolutely horrendous, it's not even qualified as coffee but probably made by some oil company. The staff was nice but NOBODY had a name tag, not exactly professional in my opinion. Overall it was acceptable with lots of room for improvement.
