The Milewise program at Allstate is awesome. I can monitor my bill every step of the way. If I've driven more than my monthly allotment, I can add ten dollars to the account to get me though the end of the month. I couldn't ask for a better plan. They make it so affordable, and in this economy it's a blessing!

Very helpful throughout the onboarding process. Walked through and explained the quotes since we needed to adjust our coverage to qualify for umbrella insurance. Answered all questions promptly and was very personable. I greatly appreciated all the help.

Update: I’ve had several questions come up after onboarding, and Sonia and her team have always responded to me right away and gotten everything taken care of with as little for me to do as possible. I never leave reviews but after so many issues I deemed it was necessary. Do not work with this agency. Terrible customer service, they charge you without your authorization, they lie about the coverages you are receiving, and communication skills are awful. Not to mention, the call logs/emails that are supposed to be monitored and recorded for your safety will suddenly “disappear” when needed. Isaiah has been the only helpful resource here.
