Sonic Drive-In, Kingman AZ

The hamburger meat just never taste right to me. Taste old or like it’s been left out all day. I always give them a try and it always fall short.

Very busy at drive thru. Took 40 minutes to get to window to pickup order. Paid for order and received drink then person at window went in back. My order was delivered to window and inside by window for close to 10 minutes before person manning window reappeared and gave me my order. I want home to eat and discovered my burgers were wrong and had to drive back to get the burgers replaced.

Bought a 2$ pretzel stick came out to 2.16$ in the drive through. Kid in drive through window says oh do u want your change? Am I missing something here, in what world do we live in when person working drive through ask to pocket ur change? Rude

The price of a milkshake is way too much for the quality and quantity received, not to mention the time it takes to get your order!

Order cheeseburger and green chili cheeseburgers at 8: 30 in the morning, and guess what? The staff was extremely friendly, and made awesome cheeseburgers! Tasted amazing! Way to go!

Have waited over a half hour for our food and to tell them they did not have an order for us. I checked my bank account the payment came out. Reordered the food and still had to wait more than 20 minutes. Then was told food is on them but manager meant second order. Which is not on them I have already paid!

I haven't had one or two issues at this Sonic (in Kingman on Stockton Hill Road) I've now had 6 different issues on different days all in just the last month. They are as follows: messed up order-no tots, next no chili, then no ice cream, messed up order again-no cheeseburger, then show up and the place is closed! 25 mins before actual close time! Then this last order, it was messed up AGAIN-no chicken sandwich also waited 35 minutes for food. Not once have I complained but I'm tired of keeping my mouth shut. For the prices I'm paying I shouldn't have to note so many issues.the best part, is everytime I've called, there has NEVER been anyone that answers the phone, NOT ONCE! I'm not sure who they have working there, but you need to really consider getting a new staff. They clearly can't do anything right. It's getting ridiculous. We no longer will be sonic customers. And I know we aren't the only ones that are upset over this negligence in service. This is an ongoing issue. People, there are better and cheaper places to eat. This place needs to send their employees through a training class and teach them what customer service is and how to pay better attention to food tickets.

Slow service even with Sonic app, ordered child's cheeseburger 3 times. Still couldn't get it right.

Friendly, clean, ok food and quick. Don't know what more you can ask for from fast food

Ridiculously slow. No reason for an order to take 10 minutes while I watch an employee use thier cellphone.

Ordered my food. Got it after 25 minutes! Then they forgot my cheeseburger! No big deal, right? Hit the button let them know. They said ok we will have it right out. I thought cool. Very fast they brought out my replacement. It was a chicken sandwhich!

There was not one car there and it t9ok 15 min fir my food and it was Still horrible. My daughters chicken strip kid meal came with more chicken then my large popcorn chick meal. It was all fried breading and no chicken. They were also out of pretzels which is the main reason we stopped. My Cherry Limade was full of ice and the drink lasted 5 gulps, seriously!
Disappointed completely.

The delivery was meant because they brought it out to the car"*" and like the Good OLD"*" DAYS, WE SAT IN A CAR AND ATE IT, z,! That brought back a lot of good old memories that I used to do when I was a kid at the old A, &W" drive in it Was in GREENVILLE MICHIGAN yep the good old days Charlie D Says AWESOME ️️

After I have been home sick I wanted something to eat so I stop for some fries and all I got was a size medium full of old fries. Not the what I wanted and made my stomach hurt worse. Come on Sonic fix your problems and made good food.

Service is always fairly quick. Sometimes they forget utensils but other than that it's still a great spot.

Service today was atrocious. The food took 20 minutes and tasted like it was made 20 minutes prior. Fries were soggy, hamburger was cold, hot dog was cold. Threw all the food away except the shake and went somewhere else.

Really bummed because we've had decent service in the past. Will not return unless we get a refund.

Very inconsistent with food and service.love this place but management is not nice and their food is not always prepared the way it should be, when I opened the wrapper to my patty melt toaster, the toast wasn't toaster and the cheese wasn't melted and the hamburger patty was in two pieces and who ever heard of a patty melt without Thousand Island dressing and barely any grilled onions and mustard and mayo.and the manager was a snot to deal with and it took 30 min to get a new one and we won't talk about the hot dog my mother got, hers had to be remade too
