Sonic Drive-In, Phoenix AZ

All I ordered was a route 44 Hi-C. Nothing complicated. And what I got was a splash of Hi-C and Sprite. I ordered an app it doesn't even allow you to ask for Hi-C and Sprite mix. I ordered online at 7: 50 picked up my order at 7: 55 at the drive-thru. Would have stayed or turned around to say something but would have been late for work

Ice cream was sour and warm and foamy, it was gross and now I feel sick. Never coming back!

Didn't get what we ordered. We asked for it to be corrected and it still was wrong. The girl serving the drive through was friendly. Still tipped her.

Edit: 23 out of last 26 times my order has been wrong. Usually small things like missing dipping sauces for chicken or didn't add flavoring to a drink or apple juice for kids meal, but this always adds 5 to 10 more minutes per visit for them to correct. Sometimes it takes 2 or once 3 times to get right. But once it was right, the food is always delicious!

It's a good experience to drive up, order your food, and have it delivered to your car. The food is usually made quickly, and the servers are friendly. The chili cheese coneys and chicken strip dinner are amazing! This location is usually kept clean, so it's nice to sit outside and eat.

I ordered a kids meal and a drink. They got the kids meal wrong and the drink. I even tried correcting the drink when I read sundae on the screen and they still got it wrong. Not sure if they were new or a bunch of kids running the place.

Its what you would expect for fast food. Make sure you tip the little urchins that roller blade out to you, plz

So twice we have had issues the car hops ability to pay attention to the easiest of details. To keep this brief on the last trip I asked for 1 large cherry diet limeade and 1 large real strawberry diet limeade. I ended repeating the order three time (this seems do be the norm). Order comes out, one is a medium cherry diet limeade and one is a Route 44 sized strawberry limeade. When she reads off the order it was input as medium and then she sees that she has a Route 44. I explain the error and took the drinks as is due to time, this has been the second time errors happened within a week. To add to this, they are not being taught how to count back change to the point the carhop asked me what was owed back.

Please have your staff check to make sure drinks are full. This is not the first time, but unfortunately this time I did not check the drinks first.

Funny! I told the teenager, taking my order that I want a coney with chili no cheese. She said, "You want a chili cheese dog with no cheese or cheese sauce? " lol Other than that, the service was fast, and for the first in a while, I sat in my car and ate.

Never again! Ordered 2 fudge Sunday’s and two sonic blasts. First they came out with no cherries then ALL the ice cream was melted we left and came home (we live 5 mins from the sonic) Had to put them in our freezer! Couldn’t even enjoy them. Definitely called the restaurant and spoke with a manager who refunded us; which was nice. But never again

This location will lie to you about not being able to sell bags of ice. I have anemia and crave ice this sonic is where I always go to get my bags of ice but when summer hits they get stingy and start giving different reasons for why they aren't selling ice. They have a sign outside that says they do sell ice. I've never pushed the ice situation until today. I asked for cups of ice knowing they haven't been selling bags of ice (I've check everyday the past week-everyday is a different excuse) while I'm waiting for my food and cups of ice the car behind me gets handed a bag of ice and it's the only thing they got. So when they brought me my food I asked if I could add on a bag of ice. They say let me check and come back and say they aren't selling bags atm. When I brought up that I just seen someone behind me get handed a bag of ice they had someone bring the ice out. How ironic.

10th time in a row order was wrong.my fault for not checking 100% of the order before leaving but with screaming toddlers in the car its hard to. I asked for lemonade slush and server said they only do limeades which are the same.took me so 3 min to explain they are not the same and they do lemonades since i get one 3 times a week on average from them.then they still sent out a limeade i get home and unpack the bags, missing both the kids meals drinks and all sauces for their nuggets this time.mess up my order fine i'll get annoyed but mess up the kids and i wish they could listen to them cry for 5 minutes straight instead of me.

The jalapeño poppers taste old and the facility needed some TLC. Service was good though. Very polite young adults always

Ordered 2 large chilli cheese totts, and they were absolutely DISGUSTING, chill was burnt, and the totts had a funny taste to them
