If I could give zero starsI would! I’m taking the time to write this because I feel like attention needs to be brought to the issue. I came here because I needed a wisdom tooth removed and I was told to seek out from an oral surgeon I had called the office and spoke with them and explained my situation including the fact that I’m currently going through heart failure before I had set up the appointment I was told that they could help me. I went to the appointment. They took x-rays and sent me down in a room for a doctor to come back and sit with me for about five minutes and tell me that he doesn’t feel comfortable helping me. I asked him the reasons, and he had told me that my health concerns were too great for him and his malpractice insurance would never let him operate. Mind you I only have to get one wisdom tooth removed and I was perfectly happy without going under anesthesia. Local anesthetic would’ve been fine. I have clearance letters from my doctors allowing me to do this. I offered to sign a waiver and jump through any hoops, including signing away any liability that the doctors office had, and he declined. He gave me the phone number for banner, oral surgery and told me that they would be sending over my case file as soon as I left so that we could start the process on them getting me in there because it was a hospital setting. I told them that I would call them the second that I walked out to start the process on my end as well, and they all agreed. I went out to my car, and as soon as I got there, I called banner to get scheduled and they had told me that they would call me back as soon as they got the information from this office. It has been weeks since I went. I’ve left several voice messages for them to send over my referral to banner jaw so that I can get seen because unfortunately banner doesn’t see somebody without a referral I have had my insurance call them and now Banner has called them and they have not provided the needed documents for me to get care. Nancy had assured my insurance company that they were going to send over a referral but all that had gotten sent was my name and a case note they didn’t include any patient information nothing so banner didn’t even know who it belong to. They have succeeded in making me feel like I am not a person and I am not worthy of treatment. It has been disgusting how they’ve treated me. This has been such a horrible experience and I hope that if you are reading this, you decide to go somewhere else because this was absolutely ridiculous. I don’t care if you choose not to treat me but don’t make it so I can’t get treatment elsewhere you have made it so that I have had to sit with excruciating nerve pain in my wisdom tooth for weeks because of your lack of empathy and care. This establishment should be embarrassed.

I have had several successful dental surgeries at this office. Everytime I go in everyone is welcoming and friendly.they treat you like a friend or family member! They always make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met during your procedure. I have complete trust with this practice and the people.

They were very nice and gentle and understood that I was scared to get me wisdom teeth out. They made it really easy for me to relax.

My dentist referred me here for a somewhat tricky upper extraction, which went exceptionally well. However, I soon realized that some of the nicest people on the planet provided much more than just superlative care in this office. Outstanding staff! Nancy, Sophia, Dr. Sonny, Nikki, et al, get my highest recommendation.

Very professional everyone was nice and Kelsey explained everything thoroughly.
