I was very Happy with the work Christopher and his guys did designing the exterior of the property. On the day of our first meeting, christopher called to let us know he would be a few moments late, that said a lot to me. His guys cleaned up at the end of each day and kept the site clean even though we had a remodel going on at the same time. Thank you Christopher and your team for a job well done. Highly recommended!

Last year my wife and I decided to redo our backyard. We started with getting quotes from many pool companies who simply didn’t listen to our needs and our budget. We started looking for other companies and found Sonoran.
From the very beginning they listened to our wants and needs, and fit it all in our budget. Every pool company we talked to said they wouldn’t be able to get the job done in time for summer (we started getting quotes together in January!). We met with Chris & Pete at the end of February and the entire project took around 2 months, with plenty of time to enjoy the summer months.
I would recommend everybody that needs a pool or backyard landscaping to go with these guys. A+!

Chris and Pete are both very responsive, and make an effort to even fix things that are not asked of by the customer. That in itself shows me that everyone at Sonoran not only cares about customers concerns, but also rectify issues unknown to someone inexperienced with pools and landscaping.

Last year my wife and I hired a pool company to install a pool and hardscape in our backyard. Delay after delay after delay and then the holidays, I decided to go a different route and looked elsewhere for a more competent company. A friend referred me to Chris and I gave him a call. He was out next day and had a plan ready in less than three weeks. His guys were on site for about a month. They were all respectful and showed up every day which is pretty uncommon in my experience. They were friendly to our dogs and seem to take great pride in their work. The guy doing the coping around the pool was an artist! I would recommend these guys to anyone who asks. Frank and Chris did a great job!

Had a great experience with Chris and his team. Took a little longer than i would have liked but they did a great job. The design they did was outstanding and actually worked better than the other designs we had done by some other pool companies. Very Clean and simple backyard. Chris listened to what we wanted and put that on a plan. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't need or want. The gentlemen they had doing the travertine around the pool were real craftsmen. I recommend them and would gladly use them again.

Hard to give them a good rating when they come over to evaluate the yard as we are new to the area and needed badly for the yard to be cleaned up and then some landscaping. Nice young man showed and we went over what we needed and he said they would get back to us. That never happened as we've heard nothing from them and as a previous reviewer said they must have a lot of business and really don't care. That's what causes business's to go down.

Sonoran’s work is amazing. I know a number of their happy clients, and can’t wait to have them do our backyard!

We had a great experience with Sonoran landscape! They were honest, responsive, and professional. I would refer them to anyone who needs landscape done in their backyard. Chris has a great eye for landscape architecture. He gives great ideas and is very thorough in the planning process.

I recently built a new custom home and hired Chris to do the landscape design. I am shocked to say my favorite aspect of my new home is the landscaping. He really evaluated what would highlight the property best and really took the exterior of the house to the next level- highly recommend.

Chris was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond and worked closely with us on the travertine decking around our pool. He assisted in our tile selection as well as design and placement. It turned out better than we imagined it would! Chris went out of his way to make sure we felt that we were his only client and that is rare these days. We will certainly ask him to return when we are ready to add more features to our back garden.

I’ve met Chris Haynes in 2016.
During my project he was there everyday to make sure that everything was the way that it should be.
He told me that the pavers were not available and he was sorry for the inconvenience, and he gave me an estimate on the arrival of it.
I could deal with it, and I could deal with the fact as long as the communication was opened and I knew what was going on.
Great, I’ve got a honest business man here.
The work was done on time even with the delay of delivery of the material.
Again one day, Chris called me and wanted to make sure that everything was well and asked to see my place.
To my surprise, I came home and lots of pavers were
Marked with blue tape.
Now I thought, I’ve got a crazy man here.
The job was done, he was paid, I was super happy,
What is he doing?
Well, he removed by hand a couple of those travertine pavers and simply told me that they were below his standards.
Wow, this guy is good, and I came to realize that he had high standards and that he did care.
It doesn’t end there.
One year later while I was overseas I received a call from my wife
Saying that something wasn’t working right at the house and she didn’t know what to do.
By coincidence, minutes later Chris calls me, out of the blue and said that it was a follow up call and he wanted to go to the house and see how the final project ended
I’ve told him of my situation and he’s answer was.
“I’ll go to your house now Sir, and I’ll see what’s going on, (it had nothing to do with him).
Called me back a while later and told me that everything was ok, not to worry and if I needed anything else, please feel free to reach out.

Now, that’s what I call customer service.
All my referrals and trust will always be yours.

We have been using Chris from Sonoran for a year now. He’s an amazing landscape architect and willing to come out and do small and large jobs on our remodel homes. Recently we had him come out and fix a dripline install that was botched by another company. He had it done in one day. We are having him out again this spring to redo the landscaping on our personal home in Arcadia. Keep up the great work!

Hi everyone! I just had to write to boast about what an amazing job Chris from Sonoran Landscape Company did for my family. We added a pool and outdoor living space. Chris came to our home multiple times to discuss the plans and walked us through what would happen step by step. He is very patient and with his great experience was able to guide and suggest options. Our fireplace, coping around the pool, our water feature all turned out exceptional. His team is perfection with extensive tile work, travertine cuts and pavers. He turned our backyard into our private oasis. I highly recommend Chris for any landscaping and build work at your home. Chris at Sonoran Landscape helped us transform our backyard from nothing to Amazing! After the pool company sold us on the idea of pavers, he informed us that they would not work because they would have been higher than the threshold from the house. He offered several suggestions, and met us at his distributor where we found an even better alternative.
