Very professional and helpful so far! Just getting started with the scheduling and question phase.

I have been on hold this morning for 22 minutes with the automated recording telling me I’m first in line. All I’m trying to do is make a appointment, if this wasn’t a necessity for my job and a referral wasn’t necessary to see a orthopedic doctor I would hang up and choose someone else. This is absolutely ridiculous, to be on hold so long for no reason at all.

Meredith is the best not only is it easy to communicate with her. But made this process 10x easier.

The staff, Katie in particular, were very helpful getting my appointment set up and insurance arranged.

I haven’t been scheduled for the surgery yet, but Katie is the greatest attention and follow up so far.

Working with Sonospine to review and schedule consultation has been outstanding! Working with my patient representative, Brittany, has been a pleasure! She has been on top of everything from obtaining existing images to ordering additional images. Very competent!

Communication has been terrific. Hilary keeps me informed of what records they need from me so they have all my medical history.

So far I’m very happy with the quick responsiveness of this team. The X-rays they had me do told more of the story of my neck injuries than formerly seen. I am looking forward to seeing how they can help.

Haven't really had any experience other than chatting with Hillary who is really sweet and nice and polite and gives a very good first impression

My care manager Katie was very responsive and helpful. She helped facilitate every aspect of getting additional images to setting up The consultation. I am so grateful.

They are awesome they will work with you step by step to make sure the process is done I am also recommending peoples at my job to them already

I only have my initial appointment scheduled but I’m already thrilled and confident about what’s ahead. I’ve read and watched a lot about the Sonosurgery and the ultrasonic procedure and I’m eager to move forward. My neck has been a problem for 20 years and two neck fusions already. The prospect of another fusion has terrified me and kept me away from surgeons for years. I actually stumbled upon a YouTube that has brought me here today. I’ll have to update this review in a few months… with a future success!

I feel as I have had the best care coordinator. She has been Wonderful in Seeing to all my needs and taking care of all my concerns. She has helped hold my hand every step during this process. I honestly don't remember the last time anyone has taken such good care of me in this way! You are not a number here like in so many other Healthcare provider's fields.
