Soto Brothers Tires, Inc., Flagstaff AZ

We were taking a week long drive from North Carolina, out to Carlsbad Caverns in NM, White Sands National Monument, and finally The Grand Canyon. On our drive from Alamogordo to Flagstaff our 2004 Lincoln Navigator Overheated and boiled over. About the same time we blew a back tire. Once we got to Flagstaff I chose these guys based on internet reviews and I'm glad I did. They took us right away the next morning. Got a great price on a set of tires, they swapped our thermostat and flushed out our heater core and got everything back together in a couple hours. No planes ruined, got the family up to the canyon on schedule and we had a blast. If you're local this should be your regular shop. If your pass in through you won't find better guys or prices.

If I could give 800 stars I would! How kind and generous Soto Brothers Tires company is. In my time of need, they put their life on hold to come save my son and me when we needed a new tire on our way home from Colorado! I am forever grateful! Call them if you need assistance! BEST EVER!

We had flat tire problem in the evening and we were desperate to get it fixed so that we can go back to CA the following day. The owner fixed the tires for us that night. Rafael is very attentive and patient throughout the whole process! Highly recommend!

Great customer service! Went in with wheel shake and after checking out for a bit they suggested new tires. Didn't have in stock so didn't charge me for their time. Great guys, easy experience.
