Soul Surgery - Drug And Alcohol Addiction Rehabilitation & Detox Program, Scottsdale AZ

Had a great experience here. My therapist Amya and Sam, my case worker Anne, house manager Rebecca, and staff are great and caring people. I am so grateful to have these wonderful people in my life. They helped me get my life back together. I highly recommend anybody that wants to get sober and start living a happy and healthy life to come here.

The program back to basics was really good it helped me alot I definitely took care of some of my underling problems. And if Yu need help the staff is great! But Yu really only get what you put in to your recovery, because if Yu don't speak up or listen then theirs really no reason to be here unless you're ready to quit. It's a good environment with other sober people trying to stay clean. You will definitely be tested here so be ready it's not for crybaby's because Yu won't be cratered too.

Soul surgery has helped me on myself and find my reason for living a sober and healthy lifestyle which I have strived to find so many times myself. Staff are so very helpful, and bring a reason to better myself physically and mentally. Thank you soul surgery for equipping me with the strength to move forward.

Staff is exceptional the amenities sounded great at first but one after another started to go away because of short staffing. Rules were unknown and constantly changing it was a great example of a greedy business growing to fast. I was there for 55 days and was great example for others and I even helped running groups. My time was cut short because the owner John decided to show up one day and heard gossip so I was kicked out. I am not saying this is a bad place but I want people to know that entering here you will be walking on egg shells hoping you don't say something wrong or break a rule that you didn't know about. Check out another place. Most of the pictures are outdated or they no longer use those houses.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am Jarrett Cody, and I'd like to write about my experience at Soul Surgery.
I believe I have found my voice and inspiration here at this program and within these walls I have been shown and have been given the tools necessary to get sober and stay sober.
They saw it necessary to sequester me from the world that provides easy access to the drugs and alcohol. Then they proceeded to get to know me, the real me through many thought provoking workshops and therapy. The physical activities and massage therapy and chiropractic sessions have cumulatively benefited my healing process. If you feel like you are so broken that you can't stop your addiction, you will find that soul surgery will live upto their mission statement and get to the root cause of why you feel stuck. Stick around and you might just get to know the authentic you.

As of me writing this the last 6 5 Star reviews were done by clients who are still under soul surgery’s care. If I was still at soul surgery and they asked me to write a review I would feel forced to leave a 5 star review. If I didn’t I would be nervous of getting discharged. It’s sad but true.

This place really changed my life in the most positive way imaginable.the staff is amazing the facility is amazing.if you are seeking services for drug addiction and are thinking about where and when to go please call them.ask for Blane or Elaina and they will give you all the information needed.once again.this place is awesome!

The Soul Surgery Back to Basics program has absolutely changed my life! It is life changing and it teaches you the fundamentals of the twelve steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, while working this intellectual program it has certainly helped me work through twelve steps of Alcoholics anonymous in a much more original way of life. The back to basics program has taught me to much about myself and it helped me to get a better understanding of who I really was and where i needed the surgery to take place. The back to basics program guided me through the twelve steps of alcoholics anonymous properly. It is definitely life changing and I highly recommend it for anyone who is serious about changing their lives from the inside out.

Most of their staff is amazing and supportive. I had just graduated their Back to Basics program and I was doing very well, making a lot of progress. However, I was clinically discharged because a girl handed me her vape that she had just been caught with. I was honest about what happened and I had multiple peers who also saw the incident happen that could’ve verified but no. I didn’t get a behavioral contract… I was told I had to go. My dad was pissed. His daughter who was doing great and making her family proud was kicked out over a vape that wasn’t even hers. But I’m happy to say all is well, I’m now in another treatment center. I will not let that poor decision deter my progress.

I love being here at Soul Surgery its an amazing place with massage, chiropractor, great therapists, case managers and a class called back to basics. The back to basics class is a course that helps you through the 12 steps in depth and also takes you through the big book that they provide to you as well.the facilitators for that class do change each week as you work on a different step but they are the best one to teach about that certain step. It is a 6 week class but it was completely worth it because then you transition into getting a job to prepare you to b on your own. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs it.

Soul Surgery is a great program. I like how they get in depth with the Big Book of alcoholic anonymous. Back to Basics really helped me get a clear understanding of the 12 steps and how is works. Thank you for everything that you guys provide from the clinical staff to the BHT's you guys make sobriety fun.

Some of the staff are amazing and TRULY care about the clients. I was at soul surgery for over 2 months and had an alright experience. I graduated their Back 2 Basics program and I learned a lot and recommend people to do it. Buy the Book Back to Basics by Wally P. This is the book they use to teach their Back 2 Basics program. Unfortunately Soul Surgery has a few downfalls. Clients are forced to wait at the main office for meds every night for over an hour without chairs and end up sitting on the ground like cattle. On the weekends clients can spend up to 2.5 hours waiting for meds. It is absolutely ridiculous! This could easily be fixed by allowing clients to wait in the class rooms that are at the office. Over all I would say soul surgery has WAY too many clients and not enough staff. Met the owner John a few times and my impression of him was not good. He’s rude, yells at clients, kicks clients out for disagreeing with him and doesn’t know the names of 99% of the clients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Soul Surgery to anyone who is looking for a Rehab.

Prior to coming to this treatment facility i was closed minded to the decease of addiction. Now looking back I have to admit I was extremely wrong. This class gave me an entirely different perspective on addiction and provided me with tools to combat this illness. I've alway had a niche for math and if you look at it that way. I was given the FORMULA to where now I can WORK THE PROBLEM (like in advanced algebra).
As for the staff, I never expected such a warm and caring group existed. If it wasn't for them I never would have opened up to be allowed to get the help I needed.
Don't be mistaken, this is a change you HAVE to WANT. Because if you can't be open and transparent, you won't get the full help you need.
I'm so glad that this program was available, for if it wasn't I would be stuck in my old way of thinking. It's as if i've been reprogrammed in to a better version of myself.

The Back 2 Basics course was very detailed and in depth with workbooks full of questions that went along with the 12 steps. It gave me a clear understanding of each step and a solid foundation that I am able to continue to build on. I highly recommend this course and entire facility.

My stay with soul surgery has been such an amazing experience for me especially the back 2 basics program! The way they break down our disease Is so profound! My experience in Soul Surgery is my first at a rehabilitation center. I love and owe so much to them for changing my life! To others thinking of joining this program I would do it if you really want to change your life for the better! If you are serious about this program I give it two thumbs wat up.
