I arrived right when the store opened. Jon greeted me and was super nice. I told him what I wanted. He put a really nice speaker box and amp for a lot less money then other audio stores. Ninety minutes later I had more BASS than I asked for. I am so impressed with my new sound and with Jon, Gee, and Armando. Way to go guys!

First time I walked in to this place and super cool guys they taught me what certain things do and it wasn’t hard from there to make a decision and lifetime warranty on service definitely made it better

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Went in to have a powered sub installed in my new Kia Soul. While there planned out rest of system. Great staff. They don't try to up sell. Tell them what you are looking to achieve and they will get you set up. They have a large on hand inventory so no waiting to order what you need. Fast clean installations. Will be back in the next couple weeks to get rest of my system installed.

After physically going into 3 different audio shops and calling another 3, Sound Image was the first place that I felt actually wanted to help me out. Sal and Will went above and beyond to get my subwoofer and amp installed and had the best price for all the equipment and install together. They also got the whole process done in about 90 minutes. Really cool guys.

I got a 2015 Chevy Camaro, I went to this place (my friend referred me to this place) to install my system, a little bit over a year, and a few days ago I was messing with it and I messed it up so it stopped working, I decided to go back to this place to see what was wrong and how much it was going to cost me to fix it, and they fixed it for free, they did not charge me a penny to see what the problem was and fixing it, I’m thinking about changing my 4 speakers in my car,
So I’m definitely taking it back to this shop to get it done

Second time going there and I’ve gotten the best service so far. They try their best to get you in the same day. They’ll fix anything with your alarm, sound system, etc.

Really good people. Very knowledgeable about what they did. Had a raido and amp installed. They gave me a great price on install. And on a boc and new subs.

Brought in some speakers asking if they could install and they took care of me same day, which I was not expecting. Price was fair, especially for same day, the guys were super cool and the job was done swiftly. My car sounds so much better than what it did prior to my visit!

Sound Image did a great job. Had two cars that needed to have alarm systems put in. With in 5 hours Had both cars done. They gave a life time warranty on labor. Very good price for both cars.
