Dirty and in organized show room. They do not have a list set of prices. Just shoot a price from the hip when your buying something to see if you’ll bite…. Bought the same item 48hrs apart was charged two different amounts. Owner is rude when asked why the price is always changing was told I now owe him more from 48hrs before… owner is very rude would not recommend anyone doing business with this place. Unless you want to get leeched

Worst place ever I bought a whole set of speakers and not even 2 weeks after they blew out I went back no warranty and exchanged them out with some old used speakers also when they did installation it wasn’t right all the way

First things first, got these installed and they seemed super chill about it. Had them in for about a week and then they started to go out. Took it in to get looked at and they said the Control Nob was broken and needed to be replaced. After about a month I decided to take a look at it myself. Control Nob works fine, the wires they installed were completely torn and melted not including they did not even set it aside so it melted to the battery. So now I had to replace the relator and the wire and it works perfectly fine. I thought they were some cool dudes. Never trust someone that does it cheap. Learned this with these.

I had one of those small jobs that a shop like this really doesn't make a lot of money on. I pulled into Sound FX and told them what I needed done and they jumped all over it for me! It's easy to give great customer service to someone spending thousands in your shop. When someone walks in and spends less than hundred dollars and is treated as well as I was today, this is a company that truly values every customer, not just the big dollar ones!
Sound FX gets my highest recommendation and I hope this review causes you to support this business!

Worst selection of a business for stereo installation I could have made. I compared pricing for the same stereo to other shops and this shop beat the pricing.however the installers screwed up more things than I could believe. They left the stereo incomplete and would not fix it, they installed my lights and left bare wires touching the frame and it fried the LED panel, they over torqued the setting on the front headlight leaving it flopping around and unsalvageable. So both these lights, front headlight and rear, had to be replaced. And of course you can't purchase just one light for the front and rear they only sell them in sets.
So the cost to reorder the sets, along with having the wiring fixed and purchasing new lights has cost me an additional 800 dollars.
The shops owner denied culpability and would not help. I tried to post with zero stars but Google wouldn't let me.

Not a good experience at all.all's I asked was a simple amp kit lay down. It bumps while in park.as soon as put it in drive it turns off. I was on my way to an appointment so I couldn't turn around. I tried calling to explain the problem. Been trying to call since I left, conveniently nobody answers the phone. I live in PHX, was just visiting for the day. I wouldn't suggest you trust these guys.

Was a great place to get my stereo install and they even have me a trade in lowering price on my old stereo.will go there again if ever need something else done

Audio Express had unrealistic prices for what I wanted done. So I showed up here and they did the job for half the price and did it right then without having to schedule a stupid appointment like what Audio Express required. I loved the guys and the shop environment. Very cool bunch. Thanks I'll be back again soon!

This is the only place I go for car audio. Same guy has always given great service and prices. Always happy with the installation time.

Purchased auto lock doors and security system in 2005. The vehicle was in a total wreck. I went back to Sound FX and asked if they would help me with my new vehicle on 2006. Moses said yes and gave me a discount since I never really had a chance to use it. Fast forward to 2021 and the auto door lock parts were coming apart inside the doors. (Thank you Tucson roads) This was causing the security system to not work right. I went in and Moses, the same from 15 years ago got it all fixed and did NOT charge me a penny. He said he stood by their work and warranty.totally impressed and appreciative of his honor and goodness. What a great company and Moses is awesome to work with. Thank you!

Went in for assistance to run a power wire from my battery to my amp, they helped with no hassle, i even tipped the technician that helped me with it. Other shops have a BS minimum shop fee and try to say if I want the power wire ran, then I gotta pay for a whole amp install.they dont mess with that bs.they charge based on the labor at a fair price. All the employees are cool. Shop owner is amazing. Employees are cool

These people are amazing, they installed 2 sets of speakers and a radio that I bought on Amazon (not knowing they sell this stuff for a better value) and 3 sets of offroading lights on my 4runner. Not only did they do a great job they were super friendly and have a hell of shop set-up. I definitely suggest checking them out!
