Texted late in the day, they responded right away with advice and directions. Super helpful and nice. Didn't ultimately use them for repairs as they couldn't do what I needed, but that is wonderful customer service instead of wasting customers money. Will definitely reach out next time I have any problems I can't fix.

I'll spare the technical details, but I had a PS4 that basically stopped showing video signal. Joe spent a lot of time tracing down the problem to a chip with a. 08 variance on one leg. He was able to replace the chip and get my PS4 running again. On top of that he cleaned everything, lubricated key components and upgraded my hard drive. Thanks so much again!

I called to see if this place could fix my PS4 gaming console which was crashing. He has good reviews, so I was optimistic. Got a voicemail inbox which said to leave a message or send a text. Okay, so I texted with my name, details of the situation, etc. No reply. Called back later the same day and left a message. No reply. Took my business elsewhere!

Joe is the man with the master plan took my ps4 in because it kept overheating he cleaned it out did an amazing job got it back not more than a day my ps4 had another problem no problem he said bring it back so I did come to find out it was my wireless chip had failed got it fixed for a great price sent me photos of everything that he was doing he was super impressive. I wanted to wait a few weeks after my repair to write my review so here goes. My PS5 was overheating badly. Not even an hour of playtime it just shuts off. I knew I needed a new one, so I was prepared to drop the $400 to get a new one until my friend told me about Southwest Console Repair. He used them years ago to fix his PS4 and he was happy with the results so trusting my buddy I reached out to the owner Joe, and he knew his stuff. He knew he could fix it. So, I dropped off my console and, in a few days, I picked it back up, plugged it in and it was working just like new and NO OVERHEATING. The process from beginning to end was great, the communication between myself and Joe was great, and the service was spectacular. Bought a cheap, used PS4 for Christmas. Right away had overheating issues and already knew disc wasn't working. Joe cleaned up all the old, built up dust and smokers crud in it. Got the disc working again. My 17 year old son couldn't be happier. Works like its new. For being on a limited income, I'm glad I went this route, and my son finally has the PS4 he's wanted for a long time. Thanks Joe!

Guys not kidding this guy is from Mars, I had HDMI port replacement for Xbox series X and that could cost me 200$ + three weeks. Besides his kindness, he fixed mine in short period of time and very affordable price.

Joe is a professional all around. Gets back to you quick. Has excellent availability. My console had bad fan and disc drive, both repairs done in less than a week, and had my console looking and running like new when it was done. Very reasonably priced. And he gives discounts to our veterans.

They fixed my ps5 hdmi port, reinforced it and cleaned everything up good as new. I will be going here for all my repairs from now on. Good job.
