Southwest Gas Corporation, Bullhead City AZ

Suspected gas leak from our laundry room (dryer connection) and called in. AMAZED at the professionalism as well as speed that I was helped. Ryan was the technician- polite, helpful and thorough- OUTSTANDING. Was expecting a monster charge for the emergency service and repair- and found it was part of the standard service. Can't thank Ryan enough as well as Southwest Gas- that is what customer service SHOULD be- keep up the good work!

They keep sending me a bill for another customer.called customer resolution several times.they don, t care about seniors.

This Company has Horrible Customer Service. They Take Advantage of The Elderly Customers. My Mother has been a Customer for 30 Years. They Want Another Deposit. Alot of Phone Tag and The Kiosk is SERVICES THE COMMUNITY.

Not sure why people go down to the office to pay their bill they're always close and the kiosk is always broken if you go to Walmart and hand them all your bills and the money they will pay them for you pretty much any bill they partner would like 5,000 companies

My gas bill was due on JULY6, so I took a chance going to pay that day, since the kiosk had been out of order for 2weeks, and it's useless to tell people to pay bill at Safeway in Bullhead or Fort Mohave, because they never have billing paper to take your bill and money

Horrible customer service it's all online only, if you call them they'll tell you to go online and then hang up on you.
But when you're a monopoly they can get away with that. Horrible horrible horrible service

These emergency techs are awesome.had a gas leak scary and right away found it Sealed it and things turned out perfect they knew exactly what they were doing needed my family safe.thx guys

You know I went up to pay my bill they were closed of course. I don't know how to use that machine to pay my bill on new here in town I've never seen a machine like that I have low vision and there's no way in hell Imo be able pay my bill with that machine within 6 months till I configure that machine out. And here on setting 4 days later getting ready to try to make my $80 deposit to them before I'm light.

2 or 3 weeks ago, on a Friday, I noticed a gas leak in my kitchen. I called SWGas and the dispatcher I spoke with, gave me safety directions, and said the tech would be out shortly. Well, she wasn't kidding. Felix arrived within 30 minutes, and took care to find the problem, and then checked the whole house for gas safety. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. CUDOS to SWGas and FELIX! Mrs. Nixon, Honey bear Dr, Lake Havasu City.

Can’t get service started because service tech showed up at the wrong time. Supposedly sent him back but never showed up. Now next available time for service connection is 5 days away. Southwest should only hire high school grads.
