Don’t bother applying here or going to their job fairs. I was offered a job there and I did everything they asked. I got shots, provided all the documents they needed, etc. It takes them days to answer a simple email. My background check was not ready after almost a month, so I couldn’t start on the first training. Other places I applied around the same time had my background check ready in a few days, I don’t know why this place takes so long. I was told they would contact me when my background check came back or if they had any problems. I was told I could start on the next training which was on June 15 or around that date. It’s now July 5th and I haven’t heard anything from them. I don’t think it’s foolish of me to expect a phone call or an email at least to let me know what’s going on. It’s no surprise this place has a high turnover when they expect people to wait more than a month from the time they get offered a job to the time they can actually start.

Detention centers are uncivilized. In the year 2018 im sure their are better more codt effective and less sinister ways of handling things than going this route

EN SOUTHWEST KEY ESTRELLA DEL NORTE FUE EL MEJOR LUGAR QUÉ CONOCI NO SON IGUALES QUE LOS OTROS DÓNDE ESTUVO ANTES Y GRACIAS A LOS QUE TRABAJAN AHÍ ME AYUDARON MUCHO Y TAMBIÉN LA DEJÉ UN MI RECUERDO AHÍ EN LA COCINA DÓNDE SE COMÁN TODO Y EL RECUERDO ES UN DINUJO QUE LA DIBUJÉ EN LA PARED Y SON UNAS MARIPOSAS.

IN SOUTHWEST KEY STAR OF THE NORTH WAS THE BEST PLACE WHAT I KNOW IS NOT EQUAL TO THE OTHERS WHERE I WAS BEFORE AND THANKS TO THOSE WHO WORK HERE HELPED ME A LOT AND ALSO I LEFT A MEMORY THERE IN THE KITCHEN WHERE EVERYTHING COMES AND THE REMEMBER IS A DINNER THAT DRAWED ON THE WALL AND ARE BUTTERFLY. SOUTHWEST KEY IN NORTH STAR.

Thank you. Gracias. ありがとう

I just seen on the news the horrible conditions the kids are being put through at this facility in Tucson.
Children are human to, this facility is housing these kids worse than animals at the pound!
Something needs to be done to shut this facility down.

This "program" is evil.you are in no way helping children or families by holding them away from their parents.you are traumatizing them for life and making their parents worried sick.do you have children of your own? You are setting aside your moral values to do the work of the devil.it is in no way justifiable.if i were working for this horrid for-profit government "organization" i would either a.quit or b.tear it down from the inside.

Look at what former employee Antar Davidson said on Facebook about this place of horror. Do not support or work at this facility. Apparently there are rules there, that forbid incarcerated children (siblings at that) to hug each other! Shame on you!

Ok place to work if you don't want to advance or get races I worked there 3 years always changing supervisors the place you work is an outside facility, many obstacles rain, heat, cold and trying to fight to stay awake in a 10 sometimes 11 hour shift there's bugs", mice and. They expect you to eat whatever they put there for food, no outside food, where I eat flower seeds stay awake new leadership took everything that would help us do our job and be alert, they hired nothing but Spanish speaking people I really don't know how they would do the documentation most from Mexico, those of us that been there are on our way out, no longer a shelter but a prison for kids.

I’ve never actually been there, nor do I know anyone who has but: I’m sitting in a doctor’s office and two of their employees are sitting here too, talking about patients by name. They’re discussing behavioral issues and what I’m assuming would be other things that fall under HIPPA. They’re also discussing the work environment and staffing issues. They’re discussing how shifts are determined too. They’ve got one of their patients here that they escorted and it seems strange that they are discussing other patients in front of here and within earshot if anyone else in this waiting room.
