Southwest kratom is by far the best Kratom store in Arizona. Shout out to Jason, Javi, and Gabriela they are the most wonderful, helpful, and especially knowledgeable. I discovered southwest kratom many years ago and since day one this is the only place I go to. The quality of their kratom is excepcional best I’ve had and I’ve tried so many places when I first discovered Kratom. They have the best variety of products and not to mention best prices! I took my siblings to southwest once and they’re now regular customers, the whole family is 100% loyal to southwest (I’m the original OG though). Thank you for everything Jason, Gabriela, and Javi you guys are really just the best! I’ll see you guys later today haha.

Wow! Had a great experience yesterday meeting Jason & his crew! Great people who live for this 24/7. They dropped some serious kratom knowledge on me regarding it's recommended usage, history, current regulation, etc. They didn't pull any punches and were really genuine. I was courteously shown a lab test and even given a free half ounce as well! Good spot for kratom in Tucson! Their products are top quality Thanks again Jason!

Small, down to earth business owned by a generous, lovely man named Jason. When I have been short but still required his product and service, he has offered to "spot" me. I am fairly regular but it is still a very nice gesture. Highly recommend.

I just LOVEE this place and yes and by far my favorite people in the Kratom business, I recently moved and placed an order for Kratom my badge arrived in less than 24 hours along with my gift.its been a year since I discovered this place and they have the BEST quality of Kratom. Now the customer service they provide is AMAZING! Gabriela answers all my questions and I have tons of ‘‘em lol, she’s super lovely and I’m not going anywhere! Personally I’ve tried other places and either the quality of their product is bad or the customer service makes me feel like my business it’s not being valued. I met Southwest when I was having terrible insomnia and anxiety along with my son he suffered anxiety and we refused to take tranquilizers when I found this place I came in feeling terrible and my first try I felt better that I couldn’t believe it, so I went back to the store spoke with the owner and he took the time heard me out told me his story and answer all my 1000 questions. I recommend this product to everyone that I came across that are having anxiety and troubles with other medications such as Opioids, Kratom does help and you won’t regret it. This place is amazing everybody is so great everyone has a good and working manner they help you so well and honestly if it wasn’t for them taking car of my father he wouldn’t be able to do anything and enjoy be able to be without pain and for that they treat him like family thanks guys for always taking the time to understand and be there for your customers.

As I walked in I was greeted with a smile by everyone who worked there and I was immediately comfortable. After talking for just a little bit with awesome folks behind the counter I could really tell they have your best interest in mind.

They have a mega selection of New and old favorites. Their prices are extremely reasonable. As long as they stay I'll be shopping here instead of over the net.

Best kratom in Tucson! The potency of the house kratom here is phenomenal, it performs like product you would be paying much more for. Prices are shockingly good for such a high quality product. It's almost half the price as other competitors I have seen. Helpful person working and he even gave me a free baggie for being a first time costumer. (Half an ounce!) This will be my new go to place for all things kratom when I am in Tucson.
