The only reason I've stayed so long is because of Dr. Blount but I'm on my 4th case manager in 1.5 years. They don't even tell me when my case manager leaves or when I get a new one. All of them have been incompetent. I don't ask for much but when I do it seems forgotten about. I also lost my peer support after only a few months and never got a new one. The front desk is pretty much the only helpful people there. I think they have potential to be a lot more but it seems they just don't care enough.

These people do not care about your health or well being please be careful if your not the type to try every med under the sun even if it has bad affects they are reckless and put peoples life at risk. As of today i am running far from this place and hoping for a better light and a more positive team who cares and doesn't think you lie about everything. Wow just wow.if you suffer from any kind of mental illness then please get real help this place will try to drag you down when you are somewhere in life even if its not mentally yet 1 day at a time guys but just not here they are overloaded for those that are comprehensible of this please save yourself the beat down

Alot more better than life well. I transferred to life well when royal palm became it.
Big mistake.sw isn't perfect but they try their best when they see u need it NEVER expecting to chase case management like I did at lifewell.

I have been going here many years. I have loved the help in texocing and recovery from many issues. The staff is wonderful and caring people. I am even being helped getting off of disability and regain my independence for first time in 20 plus years!

Glad to know when clients are in crisis the team will go above beyond for you. NOT! They're too busy to even bother to make sure everything is going fine. I absolutely HATE it there but am am forced to be there. Cant tell you how many caseworkers I have had over the years. You are only a number to them, they doubt care. Just collect your measly paycheck and go about your day! I am surprised they have NEVER been sued for lack of care. Hopefully nobody does something stupid because if their lack of follow thru! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!
