Steve has been servicing my pool for years. The service has been not quality here lately. I turned on my fountains and brown water came out of them. I requested a call to discuss but he never called. Just last week, I wanted to discuss again and he did not call. He came for the normal service but did not do it. He took the payment and sent me a cancellation notice the same day. At least he returned the check but it is unacceptable to not communicate with a customer. Now I am left with a pump that he installed that I don't know anything about and a green pool. This is really unacceptable, but I wish him all the best.
