I was very impressed. They had my Mendelssohn trio (Verlag edition) for 26$ cheaper than retail which is crazy because that publisher rarely ever have sales, especially that good of a one. They also had my Kreutzer etude book for cheaper than amazon. Everything came nicely sealed and taped and arrived in Virginia in less than a week (not to mention free shipping). I am very happy with the deal I got and I could not recommend this more for violinists, and even some pianists like me for duet/trio/etc.scores.

Edit: Forgot to mention, their online chat service helped a lot and were fast allowing me to place my order that day.

Their physical shop customer service might be great but online service is horrible! They will say anything to close a ticket, even lie about stock! We have tried with several stores to get a specific violin case and every shop has been sold out and also lied about stock. That is why we specifically asked Southwest Strings first about stock before placing the order. The did exactly the same as every other store. "Yes we confirm we have stock" - just to place the order and be told "We are currently out of stock"

I searched everywhere near me for a particular book for my daughter and needed it within a few days. With no luck locally, I turned to Amazon. The woman who assisted me was so friendly, willing to go above and beyond to seek out different shipping options promptly got my order out the same day and even beat Amazon's price!
