Took my truck in to have a diagnostic for 190$. They put parts on without asking me to up it to 290$, which I didn't agree to and was not asked. They wanted to charge me 800$ for a fuel pressure regulator and told me my injectors need to be changed 5,000$ or more. Took it to a shop down the street, and they put the regulator on for 60$. It was only 3 bolts. These people are greedy criminals. And to top it off, they didn't really diagnose anything. They are just a joke.

Great place to get your RV serviced. Very professional, explained everything and most importantly did exactly what they said they would do. I have and will continue to recommend he to anyone.

Stay away from these thieves. Ripped me off for 2k+ last year. Seems like changing the business name is what gives them a better review! Stay the heck away or you'll regret it. I'm still getting stuff fixed they were supposed to do when I brought it there.

Fresh rebuilt engine, great attention to detail. The guys did a great job getting everything I needed done including an engine rebuild. Thank YOU so much for all your hard work!

These guys changed my oil and air filter on my diesel RV. I originally brought it in for AC repair, but they referred me to another local company, as it was beyond their scope. I got the AC repaired by their referral, at a reasonable price and I believe they ended up saving me money. I will be using them, and their referral, for work in the future.

Great shop. Been using them for years for our company fleet. They recently helped me with a long list of items ranging from mechanical, interior parts, hvac, and aftermarket upgrades for my personal vehicle I recently purchased. Friendly, fair and honest.

My boyfriend is always asking me to bring him to this shop for his work trucks and I've got to say everyone here is awesome, they make it comfortable to just "hang out. " He's always complaining about something being broken on his trucks but when I pick him up he's happy because Southwest Truck & RV fixed it so he can get back to work. Thank you!

Failed to do an inspection prior to purchasing a used and reprocessed RV (don't judge me). I was scheduled to drive to Mexico so I took the RV in to ensure all was good. I could have been ripped off but Southwest Truck and RV was honest and trustworthy. They found a few minor problems and made the necessary corrections. Every step of the way Marc or Christian called me. In the end, I needed 6 new tires. My expectations were exceeded. As a woman, I always feel like repair shops want to rip me off. I never once felt that at Southwest. The trip to Mexico was great because I had peace of mind and my RV ran perfectly! Thank you to the techs/Marc and Christian!

Stay away from this place. Took my car here and according to Christian the thermostat was changed and some other part to “hopefully “ fix the issue, charged over one thousand dollars. Went to pick it up and turns out that wasn’t the issue but now it was better to just go ahead and change the whole engine which would be 3k+ because extensive damage was found. When we were about to say okay because we really needed it fixed the price changed to over 8k. Luckily I was able to contact someone who has worked on my car before and the issue was that the fan had to be replaced. It cost less than $1000 to actually fix it and get my car running again. I’m sure no real work worth over one thousand dollars was actually done at this place but lesson learned. I wish I would’ve read reviews before wasting time and money here.

Excellent service at a fair price. They even welcomed my noisy dog into the waiting room!

I brought my truck into Southwest for repair and had talked to Christian prior to coming in he seemed like a nice guy and told me there scanner will pinpoint the problem the first time so there was no guess work involved after getting an appraisal price to repair my truck Christian change the price three different times I was very unhappy with their diagnosing and repair work after bringing my truck back three times Christian wanted to charge me an additional $3000 on top of the 4500 that they already charge me they gave me a list of what they had done I called the manufacturer to compare the pricing of the parts and found out Southwest is marking up the pricing 200 to 250% Plus the labor Christian comes off as a nice guy he’s a complete gouger he is the cancer of the company and needs to be surgically removed I talked to the owner Mark and he seem to not care about anything that was going on you need to be aware and stay away from this company I will be consulting Better Business Bureau I had to take my truck to another mechanic shop only to find out that Southwest was misdiagnosing the whole cause of the problem it ended up costing me 789 dollars now I can see why they change their name three times all I can say is be aware especially of Christian the Gallagher I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to write this review
