Southwestern Eye Center, Cottonwood AZ

I was running a little late, so I called to let them know that, and asked if they could reschedule or if they can still see me. They told me to come on in.so I drove 30 minutes and they refused to see me! The old lady with blond hair at the front desk told me and I quote "that's what happens when you come in late". Now I have to wait 2 months! And I have no glasses or contacts! Why did they tell me to come in in the 1st place! That lady was super rude and needs to be reprimanded!

The only thing I don’t understand, is that we can’t have our eyes prescription after the doctor visit, unless we pay 50$. So I can’t get glasses anywhere else unless I have the prescription. I’m sad about that. THO, The Dr. Was so kind, understanding, helped me to see what changes I needed to make in my life to better myself. His assistant really was very to the point with me about questions I was concerned about. She answered all my questions in such a polite way that I felt so at home. She did get a lil on me about not taking care of my prescription the right way. And gave me instructions on how to solve my eye sight and showed me that there is so many great specials that the eye center has and that I really don’t need to go anywhere else for a great pair of glasses. I’m so excited to return to south west eye center and I’m going to buy my glasses there too thanks them for their concern towards us all in the verde valley. I really do recommend this business with 5 stars of excellence. I tell myself, “it would of been so great for me, if I would of applied to work with this great team Of experts! ”

Not a big fan of the computer check-in, I was having a few problems but the receptionist helped me out. Everything else went very well, from the assistant who prepped/checked my eyes to Dr. Kuntz who did all the specifics. He is an exceptional Dr, very professional.

As a patient for many years the care and service received by Dr Kuntz and staff is always professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Emergency visit that I also thought have a high exam with it it didn’t but they found an appointment before the time I was told earlier so I was happy about that. It’s my second time at the South Westin and treating me good and then the work has been good. I appreciate them.

I was a little nervous when I went in for my first cataract surgery. Dr. Felsted and his assistants were very professional from start to finish. I’m very pleased with the are I have received.

The office is clean & quiet. The staff is efficient all while being friendly, Yes it’s still a thing! Dr Stahl has impeccable manners, takes his time and explains all options. I’m so bothered by everyone being overwhelmed and stressed about essentially everything…I appreciate that quality- Refreshing it is! Thank You
