7Horrible customer service. Internet speeds are great.when it works. Phone techs are helpful but are limited to what they can do. Everything comes down to the local office, which is absolutely horrendous. They would rather close the ticket than put forth the effort to resolve the issue. After a month of back and forth and 3 tickets later, we finally convinced them to take a look at our area. And would you believe it? They found an issue that was causing the problems that I had been calling about. Pathetic.
Customer service is horrible call for service at the house two week wait time then they tell you they will be there sometime between 8am-5pm make you take day off work and wait all day if you’re in the back yard and you miss the tech they don’t even call you to see if you’re home
They never call back for follow up on your service

I couldn't be happier that I switched to Sparklight. The internet speed supports 4K TV, the upload/download speeds are more than adequate. The represenative that took my order knew exactly what needed to be done to improve my service. She explained the technology and billing. The installation went seamlessly. I have had the service for more than a month and am very pleased!

1GIG package: Great internet speeds up to 681Mbps Upload, 9.7Mbps Download. Wasn’t as published and might be due to location, but overall it’s FAST. Unlimited has a limit on the High speed part, having your network downspeed after 5TB of gigs used, still I’ve barely used 3% of the 5Tb fast speed Connectivity and it’s been only 20 days before it resets. Considering I’m a heavy user of the internet, 5TB seem quite good, it’s a great deal and works!
SUPER BOWL UPDATE! SPARKLIGHT STREAMING SUCKS ***UPDATE*** Don't use sparklight for anything, horrible customer service. The call center staff really need to go back to school. Sparklight and its employee who first set our original appointment did not.did not give me the choice to install myself or have a technician come to my home and complete the install. Two days wasted but finally a technician arrived and made all well with the world. Speed is horrible and continually buffers. Now I'm looking for another provider.
