Had my dog neutered yesterday and was so drugged up after surgery he literally had to be carried out of the clinic. Get home and am checking his scripts and they prescribed him 450 mg of Trazadone every 8-12 hours and wanted me to medicate him that evening even! Clinic gave him shots of Meloxicam and buprenorphine while there and am extremely concerned they gave him dosage amounts for an 82 kg dog, not an 82 lb dog. Once home he literally didn't move for 5 hours straight, screaming his name, no movement, and with rapid, shallow breathing. Extremely concerned for him, researched over a dozen websites including the ASPCA and multiple other vet hospitals that clearly stated his prescribed dosage for his weight at 82 lbs was 2x+ the recommended dosage. He was hardly breathing he was so sedated and the clinic explicitly instructed us to give him 450mg of Trazadone that night in addition to his Meloxicam of 3.75mg. I called and spoke with the vet and she attempted to gaslight me into believing that the over one dozen websites I read were wrong and she was correct in the dosage amount. Had I given him that amount, if any at all, the likelihood of it being fatal nears 100%. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE IF YOU VALUE THEIR LIFE. ABSOLUTE QUACK VET WHO TRULY BELIEVES SHE'S CORRECT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL WARN EVERYONE I CAN ABOUT BRINGING THEIR LOVED ONES HERE.

I took my little kitty to get him fixed.the staff was great.it only cost me $82.00 which wasn't bad at all. I called several places and this was very affordable to me. I plan on using this vet clinic for all future kitty needs.

I am very happy I found this place! I’ve had my dog spayed and vaccinated here! She also has bad allergies and with ear cleanings and allergy shots I’m happy this place is more affordable than other places I’ve been too! I know I will continue to come here for my dog the staff is great and very nice to my dog everytime we have been there!

I got my baby fixed yesterday and he seems to be doing great except he came home soaked in urine prob from being scared and being in the crate I can't wait to be able to bathe him cuz the smell is horrible they loved him the prices are the best around but be prepared to wait and I suggest if you don't have a cat cone but one on Amazon they charge 12$ which was not told to me ahead of time I wish they did only because I would have bought a more comfortable one on Amazon ahead of time the lady said I had to bring a cone with me or put jase one and thr one they give you is a plastic one and I'm sure uncomfortable that's the only bad thing I can say is please tell the patients up front so they have the choice to buy one or get one from you guys other then that the incision already looks good and he is happy and seems to be adjusting well so Ty for your services!

The wait is ridiculously extremely long, I have been to other low cost clinics that are about $50 more than this place so I thought I’d go here and save the extra $50 I very much regret it, I would rather pay that extra $50 in the future. The system they have in place is completely unnecessary, it would eliminate the 2 hour wait and the packed wait room. The system at the other clinic was so simple and quick. Also this may the case at all clinics I’m not sure, but they charge$18 per week of gestation in cats $25 for dogs and the pregnancy is just terminated and added to the bill prior to them calling you just to let you know after the fact. You do sign off on this prior to procedure so I understand, what seems a bit ridiculous is that it is per week and they go as far 6-7wks I believe they said. So that could easily be very costly.

Arrived 30 minutes early. Two other people in front of me. Doors were supposed to open a 06: 45 but didn't open up till 06: 55. This allowed 7 other pets and their owners to show up last minute. It is not first come, first served. It is first through the door first served. The employees there did nothing to honor their first come first served statement. This needs to be managed better. Doesn't end here.

Went to pay my bill and the price I was quoted when I left that morning was not honored when I returned to pick up my pet. A mistake was made in the quote and the micro-chip was not added to the original quote. An honest mistake but still on them. They have an opportunity to make a lifetime customer. They failed. The manager refused to honor the original quote. A difference of $40, which would mean nothing to their bottom line. I would ceryainly have honored the price of $411 for my next two pets I had planned on bringing in. Let's do some math. 2 x $411 + $370 = $1192 vs. $370. Not to mention follow-up visits for booster shots and other needs. Wonder which they would have preferred to have in the monthly statement. Hope the manager's supervisor sees this. Guess I will never know as I will be taking my business elsewhere.

BTW, the icing on the cake.they don't accept American Express. A perfectly valid form of payment. I have NEVER been told, "Sorry, we don't accept American Express. ". No indication anywhere in the clinic as to what forms of payment they accept to give me a heads up. Was told that the valid forms of payment were in fine print at the bottom of the form for the procedure. Really? The fine print? I now have to scramble to get some cash put into my checking account to cover a check that I have coming through. Thank you very much for the added stress.

Edit: In reply to the provided feedback. You expect people to be "respectful" but you don't respect your customers by honoring provided quotes that are agreed upon before beginning the service. Don't worry. I will take my business to an establishment that does honor their word. To an establishment that doesn't make me have to potentially get into an argument because they "can't monitor who arrives first. " To an establishment that accepts valid forms of payment and doesn't have to put into fine print the forms of payment that they accept. In other words, not you.

I did wait 2 hours for check in, and 45 minutes for pick up,
So worth the price! Place is very clean first come first serve, everyone is taken in order. Staff was very nice!
Our kitty El Chapo came home like nothing happened! Will be returning for future services

I am never going back to this clinic! We recently got our dog fixed and about a week and a half later, his incision had puss coming out and I called the vet to see what we can do to help the puss stop and one of the ladies from the front desk started screaming at me over the phone! She was very very rude and disrespectful! I do not trust this clinic at all anymore!

This place could be 5 stars but could easily be 3 stars also. Check in can be long and tedious: get there at 6am or earlier and park your butt by the door so you get in quickly when they open up at 6: 45. Most pet owners line up orderly but some rush the door also. Once you’re checked in, you get a text when the vet tech is ready for you. I have only been #1 once in 6 visits here and that’s because I got here at 5: 45am. Got here with my dog at 6: 15 once and it was 90 minutes until they called me. Last visit here with a cat I was #1 for dropoff but still took 30 minutes before I left. Expect to be here a minimum of 90 minutes regardless if you’re first or tenth in line. Pickup takes forever too: expect an hour for that too. The staff doesn’t move fast and the tech that examined my dog and last cat weren’t very friendly at all despite my best efforts. I guess that’s the price you pay for the most inexpensive pet alterations in the Valley. There are friendly staff here but it’s hit or miss. I have never once met any of the vets that perform the surgeries here since 2016 so don’t expect that personal of an experience here. Dog scheduling times can exceed 3 months but cat appointments can be within a week. Great value here but is it worth the 4 hour ordeal? Maybe.

I went in expecting the Dr.would honor her agreement, and went out feeling Disturbed and that I had been taken advantage of.

Despite my less than positive experience, I acknowledge the clinicians are reflecting well on themselves and our society by choosing to spend their time caring for our four legged friends and providing a much needed service to our community.

I have had a few homeless cats over the last year or so come to me asking me for food, pregnant and not pregnant (until after a time). I ended up caring for 11 cats on our small property even though we are close to being homeless ourselves. I had two young black feline sisters left that I needed spayed. I had helped the mother raise them from birth, treating them multiple times daily to prevent blindness from an infection. After calling a long list of non-profit service providers to for help to no avail, I then called Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale and told them our situation and asked if they could donate spay services for the two. After learning that we are both severely disabled, the Doctor agreed to donating surgical services with medicines costing me about $35/cat but possibly more.

I showed up (last name Christopher) Tue Oct 10 for my appt. (6: 30 a.m.) 15 min.before check-in (6: 45 a.m.) and found 6 or 7 people already in line ahead of me. After an hour or so I was able to get the cats seen.

To my surprise the assistant then determined that only one would be covered by the county (?), but because the other was in a trap container, that it would be classified as feral and they would have to clip its ear and also that because I didn't have distinct names for the cats, that was a problem for County funding as a matter of classification too? So we made up a name for one of them. Also there was some comment about inside cats vs.outside cats and how they are classified in that way and essentially that if they are not perfectly fine with being in a small container they can be considered a different classification (i.e. Indoor vs outdoor or feral vs domesticated). I said 'they're animals, they live outside, humans live inside. They are part bobcat and they have different personalities too. ' I was a bit confused because there was no mention of ANY of these intricacies prior to my showing up. I also felt disturbed as if they were believing there was dishonesty on my part somehow.

These two cats are part bobcat, are tame, and like to be pet (as I pet them at least twice a day). But they have not been well conditioned to be held. So the one I trapped her because she did not feel safe being put in a container for the first time and fought hard.

I went in expecting the Dr.would honor her agreement, and went out feeling I had been taken advantage of. They also said ear mites are $35 extra and not optional and that it is going to be a minimum of $148 (the bill ended up being ~$190).

That was my experience. Maybe someone will benefit from the information and not be surprised when they show up under unusual circumstances.

The spay and neuter clinic was phenomenal from check in to us picking up our dog they explained everything to us, and when I called to check on how my dog was doing they gave me a full update. I will definitely recommend them.
