17 WE HAD TO BUY A NEW PHONE - Changing carrier WE ONLY HAD IT 3 MONTHs BEFORE IT QUIT WORKING.
SPECTRUM KEPT MESSING WITH IT AND FINALLY SAID WE'D HAVE TO RETURN IT TO Samsung.
Can't be without a phone for a week.
We had to pay off the new phone and buy another until the warranty work was done. WALLA - we now have one to use and the other repaired in the box sent back by Samsung. Customer Service is a thing of the past SPECTRUM/SAMSUNG - don't care about - you - it's all about the money.
Great service this morning helping us set up our new phones. Friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. What more could you ask for? !

We went over 3 days on their billing cycle before we canceled. They have charged us for the whole month. They say its normal just want everyone to know the business practices they use.
Be prepaired for a long wait to be seen by one of their associates. Wait times might be shorter for you if you make an appointment. Go to the bathroom BEFORE going into the Spectrum store. They have no bathroom facilities. As to service, it was top notch and courtious.
Rude representative and it's upsetting that you can't gain access to your account without an ID and just telling them your account information and pin number
Don’t even bother showing up without a reservation. The wait time is like being at the DMV or SOCAL SECURITY OFFICE. Expect to be here a couple hours.
Employees racial profile people and look down to minorities, especially Hispanic people that do not identify when they are just being pushed away and intentionally make them come back again and again with excessive wait times, not a very well trained store.
The ATM did not have paper for the receipt and you had to pay at the cashier, bad service.
It's a busy store, so expected to sit a while. Once I got to the Specialist, terrific. Very satisfied with the service.
I made an appointment and was seen on time. David was very professional and set my account and got my equipment, and phone quickly.
They take hours to answer, there are always too many people, when purchasing a telephone line they do not explain certain restrictions to you.when you go to Mexico the Internet is extremely expensive. The first month I paid my Bill was 1000 dollars because they never told me that There are too high costs when using your cell phone in Mexico aaah and the signal in the US is terrible, I almost never have a network. Terrible telephone company, I don't recommend it at all.stay away from any spectrum company
In what we have to pay for in billing and the service we are provided is a joke. We need different providers other than them.
Considering that the store was busy like it usually is, I was told that there was "7 different ways to make a payment". Which is convenient, but also was told that I didn't have to wait in the store with out addressing any issues or questions I had with Billing. Unprofessional staff. Considering on taking my business elsewhere.
Very bad service, they take a long time to attend and they tell you a price and when you get the bill, it's more
3 stars for the easy way to change or exchange equipment and having appointments available. This is the ONLY WAY you have an appointment on time. Otherwise it may take hours.
NEVER allow they touch you phone. We had very bad experience about 2 years ago. It took about 4 hours. Hopefully the front desk customer services guys have improve their knowledge about spectrum offered services. We got solution and better services online
