I returned some shirts and the cashier told me that my refund will show up the next day. I waited and it wasn’t there so I called customer service and they told me that it’ll take 7-14 business days so again I waited. I still didn’t have my money so I contacted them again, I sent them my receipt and everything they told me to wait a few hours and still nothing. They told me that my money got sent to my PayPal but I had nothing on my PayPal I was so annoyed and tired of it. I never got my money back I’m never shopping at Spencer’s again I basically gave them $40. Never return anything here you might not even get your money back.

This place is awesome! If your in the market for any kind of off the wall, alternative lifestyle item or random silly gifts for someone that you know, this is the place for you I've bought lava lamps here, novelty items and gag gifts and I never seem to not be amazed by the items I've seen for sale at the Hot Topic!

Dullard employees that aren't helpful. Came two times looking for the same items about two weeks apart and the employees say the same thing, if you don't see it we don't have it. Found the item I was looking for at the Park Place Mall location. The Employees and Manager himself at the Park Place Mall were extremely helpful. This one in the Tucson Mall was always a disappointment. Avoid this one and see the other store. If it's too far I'd still recommend it, as it is worth the drive for better service.

Spencer's is always fun to go to for some laughs and gags. But I can usually find most if not all the stuff in the store online for cheaper. I go there more for the experience of the store itself. And for the occasional impulse buy.

Out of stock of the popular stuff alot but does have great selection of weird hip things to look at the did try to say one time that something was on sale and then they told me they wrong it wrong and that'll it'll be cheaper this way then it turns out it was two dollars more now it's not going to make or break me for that however I did inform them honesty usually makes more sales and customers aren't usually dumb good try!

Socks, belts and sex toys. In the mall! Lol, but seriously, the toys were unusually cheap and as always their TShirts are hilarious.

What's not to love about Spencer's? They even have plus sized lingerie, so extra points for Spencer's!

I was a little embarrassed though on that particular night, which happened to be my birthday. I was wanting some lacy sweet nothings, but it was up high, I needed someone with the hook. It was only guys working, and I needed a bigger size than the size he got down at 1st. I want to be sure and make it clear though, It was totally MY embarrassment, and MY hang up, the guys were totally cool and NOT being inapropriate IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM! In this current social climate, I feel the need to really make sure it is known that this was purely my introvert, socially anxious self causing my own discomfort! They were NOT trying to or doing anything to make me feel awkward on purpose! Actually they were very nice, courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful!
I was always a skinny girl and after having a baby I'm bigger and not use to being this size. I did NOT want to ask for the bigger sizes! Totally my hang up! Actually, that was the 1st time I've never seen at least one girl working, maybe even for this reason itself.

Anyhow, Spencer's is just as awesome as it was when I started going in there 22 years ago. A lot of stores have come and gone in that mall, but there is a reason they've stood the test of time: they rock! Their merchandise rocks! Their employees rock, too!

Love Spencer's Great Gift store and soo Much More ; been going there since High School and I'm am class of 1990 btw LoL

Has been and always will be one of my favorite places. In fact, I think I will head on back there ASAP. Hope to see you there.
