I was in need of a fridge in a bad way. Every place I stopped told me that it would take a week to 10 days to deliver. I had everything in ice chests. I looked online and then remembered Spencer's, boy was I happy I did. They had one that would work and was within my price range. When I went to the store Alec greeted me right way, I told him that I found one on their website and asked if they would honor the price he respond with absolutely. I asked if they could deliver the next day, he said let me check. Alec made a quick phone call and said yes they can. I ask if they had one in stock I could look at. He went into the back and came out and said they have one. I went into the back with him and he noticed that it was declined upon delivery because of a very small dent. I got a discount and they delivered first stop in the morning. Spencer's now has all my business for appliances. Thank you for saving the Day!

We purchased 3 appliances here based on great online reviews and wanting to support a local company. I’m giving 2 stars bc of the quality of the salesman, Art, and his follow up. Plus, all appliances have had an issue- W/D, refrigerator and stove, each a different brand.

Normally, I wouldn’t blame the delivering company, but there have been so many things with installation and the general policies they have, I’m giving them 2 stars.

I wish I had gone to Costco and was able to return a faulty appliance. Instead, we have to keep fixing bad appliances with different parts. They come out and diagnose, order the part, it’s delivered and then I call them again to schedule another appt. With delivery, we’ve had 9 appts with delivery men (the first stove didn’t turn on) and repair people.

Maybe we got lemon appliances. However, the salesman emailed me after we took delivery saying we owed $2k more than we did and couldn’t get me a correct invoice days after we took delivery. We’ve had multiple issues with each appliance that have been covered by GE, etc, but Art has stopped responding to me because I’m asking about the warranty. He also won’t send me a copy of the warranty. (I asked for this when I first purchased)

I would not recommend using this company - stick with the places where they have a real warranty where you can return a faulty appliance.

Fast, efficient and done well. Juan was in and out, he was very professional and knowledgeable. I have spent a lot of money with Spencers over the years and I keep coming back because of the quality of the merchandise and the the people. I recommend them highly.

The installer, Ruben, was wonderful. He is a perfectionist and made sure everything was working properly before he left. And he cleaned up, too!

Delivery of new refrigerator was fantastic. The delivery men were very careful of everything. It was a difficult installation due to doorway not wide enough. They had to take all of the doors off. Very professional and polite.

The customer support and help, post pre-sale, installation, and post-sale, were fabulous for my latest purchase (refrigerator/freezer), just as it had been for previous appliances purchases. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. Ryan in particular was fantastic.

Gary did a great job. He was careful to handle everything involved in trading out and installing new appliance without any issues. He was very friendly and thoughtful.

Every experience I've had with Spencer's has been awesome. It wasn't easy for their workers to remove our broken refrigerator and replace it with a new one, especially in the rain and in the dark.

They did an exceptional job with the tight space we had to deal with. I will definitely being calling them in my next appliance purchase.
