Installer was Shawn. Very knowledgable, professional, clean and efficient. I am very satisfied with my entire purchase experience with Spencers. The salesman Gary and installer Shawn were excellent.

After buying multiple appliances through Home Depot I have had nothing but problems and issues with repairs under warranty and continuous problems with the appliances and warranty comoany. When my dishwasher (which already broke) took another dump my husband and I decided to buy a new one. Gary was amazing at helping us find what we wanted and needed. He was honest and reliable and after a quick check out I had a new dishwasher within the week! I love it and I am super happy with my purchase! Installation was a breeze and done in a quick and timely manner. We will return to Spencer's for business again

Installers were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They called at 7AM and told me they would be at my house between 9: 30AM and 10: 30AM. They arrived at about 8: 15AM. I'm lucky I was at home and had pants on.

Installers didn't do a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and one of them kept calling me "dear" and "kiddo", which I didn't appreciate.

They installed double oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, and the whole process took about two hours. Overall it was relatively painless

Ordered a built-in oven and microwave and a cooktop. Everything arrived on time delivered on time. Very impressed with the service and the professionalism. Shane was amazing. I would highly recommend spencers TV and appliance. Thank you for all your great work. Appreciate it

Both Jim and Justin were extremely helpful, I ordered a dryer that was too large and when I called Jim handled everything. Before this purchase I replaced all the appliances in a rental house I remodeled. These guys will be my go to store when I need appliances

Called to order a new dishwasher with delivery and installation after experiencing a lot of hassle with the big guys (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) Everything was very easy and convenient. The unit pricing was the same as at the other guys. Delivery and installation was a little more, but more than worth it because of the high level of professionalism and customer service. I have learned my lesson and will be going to Spencer's for all of my new appliances from now on!

Did not get my microwave today but it will be coming and installed tomorrow according to Gary Fahey. He said he “messed up” and didn’t include it on the order.

Hopefully all will be rectified tomorrow.

Great service, delivery was fast, friendly and on time. They need to update their software, our original paperwork had someone else name on it and a 2017 purchase & delivery date

Purchased a refrigerator at Spencer’s TV and Appliance in Ahwatukee on Labor Day weekend. They actually have a good inventory of refrigerators to look at to help make a selection and they match prices. The do charge for old refrigerator pickup and installation. One suggestion to the salespeople would be to show customers the inventory on a computer or iPad in the store to help with selection instead of making me look on my phone. Overall good experience. The refrigerator was delivered on time and the installers were courteous and clean.

This was a great experience! I was very frustrated after waiting 7 weeks with one of the big box stores for my range, it was damaged and was going to be another 2 weeks to get another. So I called Spencer’s I was able to get it the next day and was $100 less! Thank you for saving me! You will be my first stop next time!

My purchase experience was done entirely over the phone after doing my research online. I called and told them exactly what I wanted and that I had already gotten some online quotes. They didn't have the item I wanted, but were willing and able to order it and nearly price match my other offer. I went with their only slightly higher quote because I love dealing with Spencer's. My experience is always great, whether in the store or over the phone and continues right up to the delivery and installation of my purchases.

My delivery today went exactly as expected. They arrived at the early end of the window, removed the old fridge without incident. Installed the new fridge to our delight and were friendly and clean. You really can't ask for more than that.

Good product. They came in time period they said they would for delivery. They were quick at installing and very friendly to our family. We made the right choice.

Spencer’s has the best product selection in the Phoenix metro valley and one of the few with the higher end lines. Pricing was fair and service outstanding. Most important is that they are very flexible with your delivery dates.

Price was great, delivery was less than 12 hours after purchase. The delivery guys were professional and took away the broken appliance. The salesman, Justin Dodson, was knowledgeable and straightforward. No pressure from Justin at all, he provided the information we needed and we were on our way.

Brian our sales representative was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all the appliances that we were looking at. Brian also made recommendations on which appliances that would be the best for our needs.
The two gentlemen that installed our new appliance were friendly and very professional and efficient with the job.

Spencer was excellent to work with. I purchased a dishwasher, had it delivered and installed. The install turned out to be very tough but the Spencer’s installer went above and beyond to make it happen. Outstanding Job!

The delivery people were super-knowledgeable, gentle with the appliances and instructed me on steps for the first use!
