Love the sales and service provided to me from Spencers TV and Appliance. They kept me informed of the delivery through texts, and the delivery team called me as well. Professional, courteous, on-time and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more and I’m thrilled with the results and my new refrigerator! Thank you Spencers!

I ordered a dryer and it was delivered in a very timely manner. However shortly after installation it was making loud squealing noises. I called Spencer's to find out they do not sevice everything they sell. I had to call GEAppliance.they finally sent out a technician
to repair it.only to find out it was damaged in transit. What a nightmare would go this route again.

Recently purchased two appliances from Spencer's. Both needed warranty work. We purchased the extended warranties which were needed on both the refrigerator and the built in oven. We have had the oven worked on twice and the microwave is still not been repaired. While Spencer's sell the products they do not seem to manage the added warranty though they sell it.
The quality of the KichenAid products is horrible and as the biggest dealer they don't seem to care. Call the store and they send you to the warranty dept.which never answers the phone and rarely call you back So my suggestion is: Don't buy KichenAid from Spencer's or anywhere else. Second if you do buy something from Spencers plan on difficulty if something goes wrong. QC at Spencer's is a big Zero and their warranty plans are there to collect the money not do the servicing. Highly unsatisfied customer and they don't care!

The installers were very personable so the time they spent here was fun. In addition they were knowledgeable about the appliance and took the time to answer my questions, even though it was late in their day.

We buy all of our appliances at Spencer’s. Brian Connon is the best. I wish they’d find better installers but that doesn’t detract from the experience and customer service they provide.

Poor customer service. Took three phone calls to even get a response from the salesman. Dropped the ball so bad I had to go to the warehouse to pick up a set of appliances. Hector is incapable at his job at best. I buy 14 kitchens a year and I've been in the business for 32 years. Taking my business elsewhere

I spent time browsing and price comparing dishwashers at my leisure. I called Spencer’s at 4: 45 pm, and Phillip took my call. Start to finish, 15 minutes and I had what a wanted and had scheduled installation and delivery for the next day. Phillip was cheerful and professional and made this process easy. This was the absolute best buying experience ever and I highly recommend Spencer’s to anyone looking for an appliance.

We love doing business with Spencer’s. After getting burned with outrageous over pricing and non-existent customer service at Rent A Center, we opted to try Spencer’s three years ago for our new refrigerator. We had such a great experience that we bought a small chest freezer from them last year as well. Last week when our washing machine died, we went to Spencer’s. They had us in and out of the showroom in about 30 minutes which was great because appliance shopping with a toddler in tow is trying at best. The washer was delivered the next day and installed by two friendly gentlemen who were polite and worked quickly. We look forward to doing more business with Spencer’s in the future when we replace our carpet/tile flooring and when it’s time for a new TV or to replace our dryer. Really love working with this awesome local business!

On time and very efficient. The two men were awesome! They even offered to move my mini fridge because I had moved it out of their way so they could move my new fridge in. I highly recommend!

Quick and efficient service. We went into to Spencers yesterday and today we have a new installed dishwasher. They arrived on time and quickly installed the dishwasher. I am very satisfied with their service.
