Amazing place. They help me decide what to get and check to see if they my size. Friendly and kind folks

Me and my friends went in to look around for there costumes and got kicked out for squeezing one of the rubber chickens. The employee didn't even let my friends buy there costumes. Tip when go in, do not touch anything or there's a chance that you're getting kicked out

A lot of stuff, but far to expensive. Looking for full size skeletons, but they were to expensive, and not lighted. Found full size skeletons at Big Lots, that were lighted, and far less expensive.

Really cool place. My kids were able to get their costumes and were very happy. They have really nice interactive animatronics that keep the kids busy. I would give this place 5 stars but they're very pricy. I found a lot of these items on Amazon for half the price but I guess you're paying for the ambiance. Very cool place though.

Don’t recommend working here or even suggest visiting the place.pay rate is lower than minimum wage, first day of work they had me doing the bare minimum and standing around, zero training/don’t care to train their new hires, or even dare pay them for the shifts they worked.management could’ve done better, learn better people skills, and LEARN TO SEND PEOPLE THE MONEY YOU ACTUALLY OWE THEM.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t tell us we were passed the return date when checking out. 1 minute after purchase, child changed mind and they wouldn’t let us return the item the credit card was just processed for. Rude cashier sent us away with fake, sarcastic “have a nice day”. Will never purchase here again.

They still had quite a good selection for the weekend before Halloween. Staff was very pleasant, and the store was organized and tidy even when it was pretty busy.

This place has a ton of costumes! Great selection for kids and adults! I think they have every type of costume or character you can think of from movies to small packages of accessories or just pieces to make your own costume. I went in looking for an old man costume for my 10 year old abs was able to buy all the separate pieces I was looking for to make a complete costume. They had a couple of employees running the registers so the line moved quickly and I saw several employees also walking the floor but I didn’t need help or I could’ve easily asked for help.
I would definitely recommend Spirit Halloween for all your Halloween costume needs…. I’d be shocked if they don’t have it!

Lots of people, we did not find what we were looking for but it was fun to look at all the decorations

Cashier was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was interested in a boy her friend was shopping with and couldn't seem to focus on doing her job. When she asked a question, I would have to answer several times before she would ask again because she simply wasn't paying attention.

Pretty disappointed. I paid $50 for a Hippie Costume that only included 1/3 of the costume (missing headband and fringed boot covers) and all sales are final so I’m out $50 for a partial costume. Tried calling and waited on hold for almost hour with no answer so I just hung up.

Inconvenient entrance, had to park a ways from the storefront only to see the sign in the window saying to enter through the mall! Another football field to walk, I just walked back to my car.who plans these things? !?

Not much variety left, got great items and great price, pet friendly so long as the pet is in carrier not on leash

Spirit is usually my go to place during this time of year, but giving it a low rating because of the lack of lawn decoration displays they usually have. There was only one up and 2 boxes to buy. Lame!
