6Says here they open at 9 am but the store was still closed at 9: 10 so I left.
Went there last Friday, hour sign said open at 11 am. Was at the door at 11: 20 store was still closed. Noticed blonde woman in store. I tapped at the door to get her attention more than once and she repeatedly ignored me. It was over 100° outside. Very, Very Rude!
Store was well equipped and pretty organized despite the chaos. Staff could have been a little more warm and helpful but overall a good experience.
I enjoy it. Like the props ans looking around wide selection for all ages.
I went in there with my younger brother and the staff refused to help us. We had to try and get our supply’s for the house when we were not as familiar with the store.
I am a HUGE fan of this place, for ALL Goulish and scary things, for Halloween!
