Spooner Laveen reviews
14Enjoying the wonderful works that are nice exercising on wonderful equipment that helps the pain go away thank you
I would recommend Spooner Laveen to anyone who may need physical therapy. The staff is great and really helpful and friendly. Thanks to my therapist Austin on working with me and getting me back to my health, also the entire staff. Thank you all!
I have had a very good experience at Spooner Laveen, great patient care from all the therapists and it is a very clean and pleasant place. I have noticed a great improvement thanks to the therapy, which has improved my day to day. Without a doubt I totally recommend Spooner Laveen.
Receptionist was absent-minded (while assisting me, she got distracted by 2 other employees' conversation and simply stopped checking me in and joined their talk about jiu-jitsu classes while I stood there waiting for 5 minutes, then she realized she left me and said, "sorry I got distracted. " and finished collecting my payment.
I was 10minutes early for my 2pm appointment, and while I waited to be called back I witnessed 2 separate therapists with their clients, both merely showed their client a move by demonstration, then left to join an on-going conversation with the other therapists hanging out in the middle of the room - they didn't even stay to watch their clients perform the exercises to make sure they were doing it properly!
After 25minutes of waiting, I finally went up to the front desk and asked to cancel my appointment which was late and to get refunded the $100 intake (a bit expensive considering I have insurance)!
Shortly after leaving, at least the therapist I was supposed to be meeting called me to apologize saying she was running late.
Austin and the staff at the Spooner in Laveen have been welcoming and attentive to my specific physical therapy needs. I look forward to a positive result in my healing.
Love this place I have been coming here for more than a month and the care and attention from Abigail and Nathaniel means a lot to me the whole staff really shows there care for the people that come in this place
The team were professional, focused on my recovery and personable.
Their care has greatly contributed to a positive recovery.
I have had wonderful experiences with Spooner at 2 different locations. The Laveen practice has friendly, patient, and skilled therapists. I am always made to feel welcome, and no one pushes me to do what I am not able to do. The assistants and desk personnel are also helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the Laveen Spooner Physical Therapy.
The folks at Spooner are wonderful! From the front desk to the gym, you will be treated with respect and kindness.
My PT guy was great I cannot say enough about him. He was not afraid to give the care I needed. I like that. When he was out I got great care from the girl who was there also. I am happy. Results not good but not their fault.
Everyone I felt with was very professional. Abby was my main therapist. I will never forget her.
I am so pleased with the therapy (help) I receive here. The patience and dedication they show me are great beyond belief. Thank you.
I never ever had an excise of any kind before when I was injured by falling off bed while sleeping my doctor told me to go to Physical Therapy. I went to Spooner Laveen and my trainer is Matt Getz he made me work out so well and so much on the machines and with the ball I loved it and afterwards my muscles didn’t get stiff or hurt. I am so pleased can’t wait to go next Friday, I recommend anybody who get hurt, they do magical work in there. I finally got a good night sleep without pain. Thank you Matt.
I love going to my sessions. I enjoy being there. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Jess is the best!
