Halei is such a talented and kind stylist. I was so disappointed to find out today that she is moving to a different location. She certainly deserves advancement. She is an asset to the industry. Thank you and blessings to you for being a ray of sunshine and great at what you do! L

Crystal was super cool, and she did a great job on my hair and beard. She knew what I wanted, and I trusted her. I'm glad. Definitely, going back soon.

Great customer service. Friendly interactive and professional who cut my hair exactly how I asked. And a woman leaving had hers styled. She looked so stunning I had to compliment her gorgeous hair.

Was refused service for my son with a disability. The lady with long dark hair was trying to get us not to sign in the minute she saw my son. This was location behind Kohl's on carefree hwy.

Stylist came in about 5 minutes after store opening, looking like she overslept or was hungover. The computer said it would be a six minute wait (I was next in line). It turned into a 20 minute wait because that person who came in tired/hungover was doing something in the back for 15-20 minutes.

When the stylist finally came out and called out my name, she had a nonchalant bored attitude. Not once did she engage in any conversation with me. Not once did she smile. She seemed disinterested and uncaring, and gave off negative vibes. I had never met a more unfriendly, disinterested hair stylist at any hair location. I tried to make small talk but was met with one or two word answers.

The haircut was OK. Was not great, but was not bad. But the demeanor, attitude and friendliness of the stylist was non existent. I have her name, only to ensure that I do not get a haircut from her in the future if I decide to return to this location.

It's a good place to go for a basic haircut. Prices are fair and the people are friendly. I don't expect much more than the cut and to not feel awkward

Sports Clips continued to offer great value, check in process is convenient and easy to use and my favorite stylist Elle is a pleasure to work with and she and manager Shai always create an inviting environment that always has me leaving with a big Shazam on my face. And today's visit was a total Hoot!
