Lots of outdoor supplies and gear. Reasonable price for guns and ammo but wait time at gun counter can be long. Customer service is good nevertheless

Large store with a wide selection of outdoor sports, camping, fishing, and hunting gear. Big selection of hunting rifles, handguns, and other self-defense tools like pepper spray, knives, and stun guns.

I was happy they had the footwear that I was looking for but in the online order flow I realized it was being shipped to a store not directly to me. Damn. I had to drive 76 miles round trip. I will never do that again, I will never go in that store again. If you have an online store you should be shipping to the customer.

Unless you're a red necked hunter you just stick out like a sore thumb in that store.

This is a big clean store with a whole lot of fancy goodies and camping/hunting tech to look at. If you need assistance at the gun counter, just know that you may have to take a number when it gets busy, and there is good reason for this. The selection is really good, prices are competitive, and the service is very friendly! There is a warm friendly feeling here that was going away for a while, but seems to be coming back! Service has really improved the last year or two. I recently went back and had a great experience with several employees and found just what I was looking for. I feel they make a good effort at this store.

I like to acknowledge one of your employees, Hunter. After purchasing a fishing license I literally lost it. Hunter took the exceptional steps to contact the Arizona Game & Fish agency after was unable to get through to them for a needed Account number. His understanding, patiences and perseverance allowed me to get a replacement license. Thank you Hunter at Sportsman's Warehouse!

Lots of interesting items but be sure and compare prices as some items are high compared to competitors. They will match the advertised or online prices, so yes, do compare before you buy to see if you can get a better or equal price to the competition.

I bought $300.00 Vortex binoculars and was supposed to receive a $50.00 gift card. Sportsman's scammed me, I got a junk email for a $50.00 online only purchase Coupon with a minimum of $100.00 order. I've been shopping here for years. When I bought the binoculars they told me like five times that I was going to get a gift card, not an online coupon. They lost me as a customer. I'm very disappointed. I talked to a guy on the phone he said no problem sure come on in, and then when I went there the guy was nowhere to be found, just some lady who could barely figure out what was going on and was supposedly. They're lucky I didn't return the binoculars for pulling a fast one on me. Thanks

If you're a female looking to purchase a firearm, don't go here. They'll ignore you.

Basically, it's like an adult Toys R US. You can never go in and not find something you don't need.

One of the best fishing hunting and camping suppliers in the Tucson area. Don't expect pro or expert level gear but they have most people covered in these areas.

As usual my time gets subjugated too other people or things going on. Everything time I go in and wait in the check out line. There is 2 cashier and 16 people in line. Or like today I go the the register after waiting in line, and something comes up and I still half to wait. The cashier can't or doesn't communicate what is going on and, I wait as usual. I don't understand why my time gets sucked up by your cashiers. I mean all I wanted was Bar BBQ pellots.

Ordered a new Glock and paid for it online. I only had to go into the store to fill out the ATF paperwork, pick it up and then leave. Too easy, right? Wrong. Went on a weekday just before 5pm. The place was dead. I noted four employees behind the gun counter wearing green vests and at least two more who didn't have the vests, but they were all huddled around one guy's phone laughing at something. There were three customers for the six employees: myself, a guy to my right already filling out his ATF form and another guy to my left looking at semi-auto handguns in a glass case. After ten minutes, he looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Unfortunately, I couldn't do the same. Eventually one of the six managed to break away from the gaggle and return to the guy filing out the ATF form. He asked for his driver's license and concealed carry license, if he had one. He took the cards, placed them on the counter about four inches from my right hand and then walked away. That's when I noticed the other two driver's licenses and concealed carry cards nearby. I could easily read the names, addresses, license numbers, DOBs.everything on all the cards. Good thing I am not an ID thief; a single snap of a cell phone camera and I could have had some new credit cards. So, after about twenty minutes of waiting one of the clerks noticed me, strolled over and asked, "Ya, you need something? " I gave him my name and order number. He disappeared into the back, came back with the Glock, handed me a tablet device, told me to "fill it out" and then walked back to the gaggle again. Once I was finished with that, he sauntered back, told me someone would check it all out and then he was gone. Eventually a manager appeared, looked over the my answers, said I was good to go, and then began looking for the gun. I pointed out that his employee left it behind the counter. He then asked if I had even been allowed to inspect it - I hadn't. He let me verify it and told me I had to "check out" at the register at the end of gun case. As I had paid already online I was given a gift card that was processed by the clerk who "helped" me earlier. While scanning the card he never looked at me, said thanks for the business, screw off.nothing. It's like I wasn't even there. When done, he held the bag out with one hand while he turned around and spoke to a couple of his colleagues. I guess he isn't a fan of Glocks. I'll never go back. I thought about complaining to the manager, but he was part of the gaggle. It would have been like inviting the fox to investigate the murders in the chicken coop. The customer service was non-existent and the security with people's identification was just dangerous and irresponsible, but I did get a good gun at a decent price.

If you need that perfect outdoor item, be it a new set of hiking boots or trendy new camping gadget, all the way up to a new gun, e-bike or canoe, this is the place to go. They have everything, their staff is helpful and friendly and for what I looked at the price is in the range of everyone else. If you haven't visited this site, you may want to next time you need outdoor gear.

Needed a new battery for a Vortex red dot.that was on the bottom. At the gun counter he expertly removed the sight and reinstalled the battery. The trick was he had the torque driver to reinstall it to 9 inch lbs. Total time, under 3 minutes, only charged me for the battery.
